Mount the winch
Step 1
-
The winch is to be mounted on a suitable steel mounting frame using the 4-point foot horizontally.
Follow your chosen mounting frame install instructions to properly install onto your vehicle. -
Always use provided winch hardware with lock washers to attach winch to mounting frame.

Attach provided fairlead to bracket/frame. Fairlead should evenly guide rope onto drum. Feed rope through fairlead, then attach hook to rope/thimble with shear pin and cotter pin.
Install Wiring
Step 2

Find a secure mounting location for the solenoid. Verify the battery cables and winch cables will reach to mounting location before install. Drill and mount solenoid with provided bolts and nuts.

(Image 1 & 2)Route yellow and blue cables from winch to solenoid. Attach yellow cable to yellow stud/bolt on winch and solenoid and blue to blue.

(Image 3)Route black and red power cables to solenoid then to nearest key controlled power circuit of vehicle or directly to vehicle battery. Connect Red to + terminal and black to – terminal.
Connect remote
Step 3
- Determine where you would like to operate the remote in vehicle and route provided USB cable to the solenoid. (Image 1)Connect cable to pigtail on solenoid.
Operation
Step 4
- IMAGE 1 Plug USB cable into Wireless remote to charge before use. Charge time is approximately 2 hours. Power button will flash red when charging.
(Always operate winch with vehicle running to avoid draining battery life)
Remote battery life is approximately 10 hours with flashlight off.
The remote uses a 14505(3.7 -volt 500-2400mah) rechargeable battery. If
replacement is ever required, use a suitable replacement.

Power on wireless remote by pressing and holding power button for 3-5 seconds. Power button will light blue. (Remote should automatically pair to winch)

IMAGE 2 To power rope in: Press the IN switch. The switch cover will light up. Use the power trigger to control winch.

IMAGE 3 To power rope out: Press the OUT switch. The switch cover will light up. User power trigger to control winch.

LED Light. Press the light switch below power trigger.
