- This product has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). As a safety feature, the plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, the outlet must be brought into compliance with the National Electrical Code by a qualified electrician. Never use an extension cord unless plug can be fully inserted. Do not attempt to defeat this safety feature.
- Be sure the mirror is not in a position where it can reflect sunlight. Reflected sun can cause fire.

LINE CORD SAFETY TIPS
- Never pull or yank on the cord or the appliance.
- To insert the plug, grasp it firmly and guide it into an outlet.
- To disconnect the appliance, grasp the plug and remove it from the outlet.
- Before each use, inspect the line cord for cuts and/or abrasion marks. If any are found, this indicates that the appliance should be serviced and the line cord replaced. Please return it to our Service Department or to an authorized service representative.

How to Use
HOW TO USE YOUR MAKEUP MIRROR
- Position the mirror on a level, flat surface. Set upright and place the adjustable backstand onto flat surface. Insert stand into attachment at desired notch to achieve mirror angle that is best and most comfortable for your use. The mirror will swivel from regular to 5X magnification and allow for additional adjustment as needed.
- Plug the cord into any 110/120-volt AC outlet (regular household current).
- Light lamps by depressing On/Off switch. Hold for a few seconds until bulbs glow, then release. To turn lamps off, depress switch again at opposite end.
- Slide the indicator knob to the setting that will give you the light most appropriate for your requirements.
- This mirror features a built-in electrical “convenience” outlet, which will enable you to use other beauty appliances along with your mirror.
REPLACEMENT BULBS
Your mirror is equipped with two long-life 6-watt fluorescent bulbs that
should never need replacing. However, should bulbs ever burn out, DO NOT TRY
TO REPLACE THEM YOURSELF. Instead, you may either (a) return the mirror to the
factory and let factory personnel replace bulbs for you, or (b) order bulbs
only and let competent electrical service personnel of your own choosing
complete bulb replacement.

FULL ONE-YEAR WARRANTY
Jerdon warrants this product against any defects that are due to faulty
material or workmanship for a one-year period after the original date of
consumer purchase. This warranty does not include damage to the product

within the warranty period, we will repair it or elect to replace it free of
charge.
