Product Information

The Remo4.23 is a stand-alone audio device that can be connected to a mobile phone via Bluetooth for music playback control. It operates on a 29V power supply and has a rated power input of 2A, with a total sound power output of 58W (7.5W per channel). The device uses Bluetooth version 5.0 for wireless connectivity.

  • The volume switch is on minimum: Adjust the volume switch to increase the sound level.
  • The unit is not set to the correct function: Ensure that the device is set to the appropriate function for audio playback.
  • Please contact the store or customer service for further assistance.
  • Problem/Issue: Bluetooth cannot pair

Possible causes and solutions:

  • Close all other pairing devices and retry: Make sure there are no other devices trying to pair with the Remo4.23 and try pairing again.
  • Wait a few seconds or restart the machine: Give the device some time or restart it before attempting to pair again.
  • Do not pair the devices behind a wall or in a corner: Ensure that the Remo4.23 and the mobile phone are within 8 meters of each other without any obstructions.
  • Pair the device named Remo4: When searching for Bluetooth devices, look for the name “Remo4” and select it for pairing.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Connect the Remo4.23 to a power supply using a 29V DC head.
  2. Power on the Remo 4.23.
  3. Open the Bluetooth settings on your mobile phone.
  4. Search for Bluetooth devices and select “MOTO AUDIO” to pair with the Remo4.23.
  5. Once the pairing is successful, you will hear a voice prompt  saying “Device paired”
  6. Turn on your phone’s music player and start playing music.
  7. Use the Remo4.23 to control various music playback functions on your mobile phone, such as play/pause, previous track, next track, volume increase, and volume decrease.

Operating instructions

(Stand-alone mode)

  1. Connect the products according to the assembly drawing.
  2. Connect the DC head to the 29V power supply and power it on.
  3. Open the Bluetooth of the mobile phone, search the Bluetooth name: MOTO AUDIO, and pair.
  4. After successful pairing, the voice prompt: device paired. Turn on your phone songs and play music. And implemented on the mobile phone, music pause/play, the last song, the next song, volume plus, volume minus control.

(Dual-machine mode (Product A and Product B)

  1. Connect product A and product B according to the assembly drawing.
  2. Insert the AUX In the head of product A into the hole of the control box of product B and connect them together.
  3. Connect the DC heads of product A and product B to a 29V power supply respectively to power up.
  4. Open the Bluetooth of the mobile phone, search the Bluetooth name: MOTO AUDIO, and pair.

After successful pairing, the voice prompt: device paired. Turn on your phone songs and play music. And implemented on the mobile phone, music pause/play, the last song, the next song, volume plus, volume minus control. Product parameters
