Product Usage Instructions
Updating Inverter Firmware:
To ensure compatibility with the Wireless Bridge, update the inverter to the
latest firmware version. Follow these steps:
- Locate the USB disk provided in the WB box with the required firmware files for your model.
- Refer to the Firmware upgrading section in your inverter’s user manual for detailed instructions.
- Plug the disk into the upgrade port on your inverter.
- If you have trouble with the manual update process, scan the QR code provided for an instruction video.
For Other Models:
If you have a model other than X1-Hybrid/Fit-G4 or X3-Hybrid/Fit-G4, follow
these steps:
- Connect the inverter to SolaxCloud.
- If unable to connect to the cloud, contact service.uk@solaxpower.com for assistance.
- Our global call center at +448081686588 can also provide support for firmware updates.

Notice
Please update inverter to latest firmware version to make it compatible with
Wireless Bridge.
The USB disks in the WB box have the required firmware files stored on them
for X1-Hybrid/Fit-G4 and X3-Hybrid/Fit-G4 models. Please refer to the
“Firmware upgrading” section [from contents page] in your inverter’s user
manual. (Please plug the disk into “upgrade port”)
