Instruction

a) The power bank will generate heat when charging. Always charge in a well ventilated area. Do not charge under pillows, blankets or on flammable surfaces.
b) Keep the power bank away from heat sources, direct sunlight, combustible gas, humidity, water or other liquids.
c) Do not disassemble, open, microwave, incinerate, paint or insert foreign objects into the power bank.
d) Do not subject the power bank to mechanical shock such as crushing, bending, puncturing or shredding. Avoid dropping or placing heavy object on the power bank.
e) Do not short-circuit the power bank or store it in a receptacle where it may be short-circuited by other metallic or conductive objects.
f) Do not operate the power bank if it has been wet or otherwise damaged, to prevent against electric shock, explosion and/or injury. Contact the dealer or authorized agent.
g) Power bank usage by children should be supervised.
h) Please read the operating instructions (including charging instructions and information on the minimum and maximum operating temperatures), supplied with this power bank.

Plug the USB cable into the Power Bank and press the power button to charge your device.
Two devices can be charged simultaneously either with cables or wirelessly.

  1. Use the USB-C cable to charge the Power Bank. The cable is for charging only, not for data transfer.
  2. Do not leave this product in an enclosed vehicle. Extreme heat and sunlight may damage the power bank.
  3. Do not expose the product to high temperatures or humid environments.
  4. Do not insert metal or foreign objects into the product, so as to avoid short-circuits and damage.
  5. Do not disassemble, damage, jolt, or burn the product. Do not subject it to heavy weight.
  6. Do not arbitrarily discard this product; recycle used batteries in accordance with local laws.
  7. If not used long-term, charge the device once every three months in order to maintain the battery lifespan.
  8. If the Power Bank is out of power (after pressing the power key and the LED indicator remains dim),to avoid of battery damage, immediately charge the Power Bank.
  9. Output current will vary depending on the input charge.
  10. Stop using the power bank if it has reached the end of its lifespan or exhibits swelling.
  11. Using ADATA brand or safety-certified data transfer cables and charging stations is recommended to ensure charging safety.
  12. Do not overcharge this product.
  13. Do not submerge this product or allow water into its internal workings to prevent the risk of short circuits.

ADATA warranty policy applies to all customers who purchased ADATA products through authorized agents.
ADATA provides replacement or repair services for defective products within the applicable warranty period.
Please note that ADATA is not responsible for providing repair or replacement if damage is caused by the following:

  1. Damage caused by natural calamity or any inappropriate usage.
  2. Product has been repaired or taken apart by unauthorized technicians.
  3. The warranty label is altered, damaged or missing.
  4. Product serial number does not conform to our original system or the label has been damaged.
  5. Products purchased from unauthorized agents. This limited warranty covers only repairs or replacements of ADATA products. ADATA is not liable for any loss of data or any cost incurred from determining the source of system problems, removing, servicing or installing ADATA products.
