Product Information

The product is an external storage device that can be connected to a host device using various types of USB cables. It is compatible with both Windows and Mac OS host devices. The product comes in two variants: External HDD/SSD and External SSD.

Product Usage Instructions

  3. Perform the installation of the software according to the provided requirements.

Please note that ADATA provides replacement or repair service for defective products within the applicable warranty period. However, free repair services are not provided if the product defect is caused by natural calamity, inappropriate usage, unauthorized repairs, altered or damaged warranty label, non-conforming serial number, or if the product was purchased from unauthorized agents.
