Product Usage Instructions

Mounting Instructions:

  1. Mount the product vertically in a location free from excessive vibration.
  2. SURFACE MOUNT:
  3. Drill two 5/32 horizontal holes 2-1/3″ apart for mounting screws.
  4. Drill two 7/16 vertical holes 1-1/32″ for pressure connections.
  5. Install mounting studs behind the gauge by inserting the studs through the holes on the panel and securing them with hex nuts.

CAUTION: Use only with air or compatible noncorrosive gases.

QUICK START GUIDE

Mount vertically in a location free from excessive vibration.

SURFACE MOUNT:

  1. Drill two 5/32˝ horizontal holes 2- 1/3˝ apart for mounting screws.
  2. Drill two 7/16˝ vertical holes 1- 1/32˝ for pressure connections.
  3. Install mounting studs behind the gage by inserting the studs through the holes on the panel and securing them with hex nuts.

CAUTION
Use only with air or compatible noncorrosive gases.

TO ZERO AFTER INSTALLATION:
In the final mounting position, unscrew the front cover and vent connections then use the supplied Allen wrench to adjust “zero” until zeroed.

PANEL MOUNT

  • Cut a 2-5/8˝ diameter hole. Install the mounting studs in the back of gage, position gage in the panel, and place bracket over the studs.
  • Tighten hex nuts over studs.

DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE:

  • To measure differential pressure, connect higher pressure to port marked “HI” and lower to “LO” port.
