Please check this manual carefully before using the product.
- Check if the control panel turns on.
- Ensure that the brakes are working properly.
- Check that the brake pads are not damaged or need replacing.
- Check that the horn is operating correctly.
- Make sure the battery is within normal range.
- Make sure the folding mechanism is in good condition and operational.
- Please store the electric scooter indoor when not using it.
- WARNING – To reduce the risk of injury, the user must read the instruction manual.
- WARNING – Damage caused by natural disasters such as lightning strikes, fires, and floods is not covered under the warranty service.
Safety Precautions
- Always wear a helmet and knee and elbow pads when riding.
- When initially riding the scooter, maintain a low speed and gradually increase speed as riding skills improve.
- Do not ride the scooter in the rain, in the snow, or on roads that are wet, muddy, icy, or that are slippery for any reason.
- Riders under the age of 18 years old should ride under adult supervision.
- Adjust the handlebar to a suitable and comfortable position.
- When going downhill, ensure you are riding slowly to prevent accidents.
- Please adhere to all applicable local laws and regulations while using this scooter. Do not ride where prohibited by local laws.
- Make sure all screws are in condition and appropriately fastened.
- Charging Instructions – Use only the specified charger as instructed.
- Max Slope: 30°.
- The range of the environment temperature when riding or charging: is 0-40 C.
- Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place when not in use.
- Do not throw it away arbitrarily when it is broken.

SAFETY GUIDELINES BEFORE RIDING
Check The Following Parts Of The Product After Unboxing
- Check if there is a set of tools in the box.
- Check if there is a charger.
- Ensure all nuts and screws are tight.
- Ensure the brakes are operating appropriately.
Packing List
Installation Of Handlebar
- Pull the handlebar in the direction indicated by the arrow.
- Insert the handlebar in the direction indicated by the arrow.
- Tighten the two screws at the arrow position.
- Handlebar installation completed.
Installation Of Rear Wheel
- Install the rear wheel into the rear fork.
- Make sure the brake disc is placed between the brake pads.
- Install the spring 1 to the fast-release rod.
- The quick-release lever passes through the rear axle.
- Install the spring and the fast disconnecting nut on the fast-removing rod.
- Tighten the quick-release lever nuts.
- Press the snap lever handle. The installation is complete.
Installation Of Fenders
- Take the 4 M4 screws out of the fork from the back fork.
- Install the fender bracket on the rear fork.
- Tighten the screws on both sides separately, totaling 4 screws.
- installation complete.
SCOOTER UNFOLDING
Handlebar Unfolding
- Pull the handlebar in the direction indicated by the arrow.
- Close the folding handle in the direction indicated by the arrow.
- The safety latch closes automatically.
- Unfolding complete.
SCOOTER FOLDING Handlebar Folding
- Slide the safety latch in the direction indicated by the arrow.
- Open the Folding part in the direction indicated by the arrow.
- Push the handlebar in the direction indicated by the arrow.
- Gently move the handlebar to the left, then fasten the hook. I am folding completely.
CHARGING & RANGE
When charging, connect the charging cable in this order:
- FIRST to the scooter’s charging port
- THEN to the power outlet
- NOTE: When connected to the charger, the red light indicates that the scooter is charging. The light will turn green when fully charged.
- Be sure to close the charging port cap when driving or storing.
- Use only Nanrobot official chargers.
- The range of the scooter depends on many factors: road conditions (off-road, uphill), weather, rider’s weight, frequency of braking and acceleration, selection of gears, etc.
Power Turn On/off
- Long press the POWER button to turn on the power.
- Press and hold the POWER button to turn off the power.
Adjustment of Brake
- Before aligning the mechanical disc brake, make sure that the brake cable is properly inserted into the lock lever. If the disc rotor is bent or damaged, replace the rotor first.
- Suppose the brake is not flexible. loosen the fixing bolt of the brake cable, shorten the braking distance of the brake cable, and then tighten the bolt.
- Alternatively, when the brake is too sensitive, increase the distance of the brake cable.
- If the rotor is always rubbing against the brake pad or has excessive clearance, loosen the two centering adjustment screws, but do not remove them.
- Turn the wheel slowly and check the space between the rotor and the brake pad; adjust the position of the brake pad and rotor to avoid friction between the rotor and pad.
- After adjustment, tighten the screws.
Handlebar Controls
Control Panel
- Power: A long press will start or turn off the scooter.
- Headlight: Headlight switch.
- Gear position: current gear position (gear position: 1, 2, 3).
- Switch Gears: Press the power button to switch gears.
- Transition from Level 1 (slowest) to Level 3 (fastest).
- Speed Unit: mph.
- Battery Indicator: indicates the current battery capacity.
- Cruise Mode: Double-click the headlight switch, and the cruise icon ( ) blinks to start the cruise mode, and the icon is steady on entering the cruise mode.
- Non-zero Start: Press the headlight switch three times and the gear icon flashes, that is, enter the non-zero start mode. 3 hits again to cancel the non-zero start.
- ODO/TRIP Switch: Double-click the power button.
- Speed Limiting Mode: Press the power button three times and the speed unit (mph) icon blinks to enter speed limiting mode.
- Switch KM/Mile: Long press the headlight button( ).
COMMON ISSUES AND SOLUTIONS
- Issue : Both headlights are not working. This situation occurs when the headlights are faulty. Replacing the headlights can solve the problem.
- Issue : The scooter cannot be charged. The problem may come from the charging port. If the charging interface is burnt out, it needs to be replaced.
- Another issue could be that the charger is damaged. In either case, please contact the customer service department via email for a solution.
- Issue : The brake pads make abnormal noises. Generally, this is caused by improper positioning. Please use the tool kit to adjust it to the correct position.

APP Introduction
- How to download the APP
- IOS users: Please search for “E-Scooter Home in the Apple Store or scan the QR code to download it.
- Android users: Please download “Tencent Browser” first, and then scan the QR code below with the Tencent browser to download it.
- After the app is successfully downloaded, the APP icon will be displayed.
- How to use the APP
- Please turn on the scooter, at the same time, please tap the APP “E-Scooter Home” icon which has been downloaded on your phone.
- Please tap the “+” icon and then tap the “Click Search”.
- The scooter details will be displayed if the scooter is ready to connect. Then tap the “Link” icon to connect the scooter. Once the page shows “Connected”, you can tap the scooter icon to move to the home page.

- How to disconnect the APP
- If you want to connect the scooter to another phone, you have to disconnect the phone which is already connected to the scooter.
- To disconnect the app from the scooter, please quickly press the “power button” of the scooter 10 times to disconnect the app from the scooter.
- And then you can connect the scooter with another phone.
- Note: Please make sure the new phone you want to connect with the scooter already has the “E-Scooter Home” downloaded.
Maintenance & FAQ
- The screws should be regularly maintained, inspected, and tightened.
- Especially the screws on the folding mechanism, brake system, and motors (axle nuts).
- Tighten the folding mechanism screws, handlebar, and front & rear wheel axle nuts.
- Brakes: if you find rust or excessive wear on the brakes, which will occur with regular use over time, the brake pads and brake disc should be replaced.
- Motor: Check the motor wires regularly. All exposed wires should be wrapped with electrical tape.
- Tires:
- Do not inflate the tires beyond the recommended air pressure range.
- The tires will slide easily in wet conditions. It is best to avoid rain, snow, icy roads, damp dirt roads, water, and areas with poor visibility.
- Replace the tires on your scooter once wear patterns become evident. This will prolong the use of the scooter.
- Battery & overheat protection: the controllers and the battery have temperature sensors and the scooter stops working when it gets too hot.
Please wait about 0.5-2 hours to cool down the scooter or use eco/ 1st gear to continue riding after 5-10 minutes.
