Product Usage Instructions

1. Carefully remove all parts from the box. Place on a clean, soft surface.
2. Install screws (B) to the mounting plate (C) using slip joint pliers to tighten the locknut.
3. Install mounting plate (C) to the junction box and secure it with mounting screws (D).
4. Wrap fixture ground wire (bare copper) around the green grounding screw (E) on the mounting plate (C). Tighten the screw to secure it.
5. Connect black fixture wire (F) to black supply wire (G). Connect white fixture wire (H) to white supply wire (I).
6. Attach fixture to mounting plate (C) using screws (A).
7. Inspect items and contents carefully. If any damage or defect is found, do not install it. Retain all packaging material until installation is complete and approved.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

TOOLS REQUIRED (NOT INCLUDED)

• Phillips Screwdriver
• Slotted Screwdriver
• Slip Joint Pliers

1. Carefully remove all parts from the box. Place on a clean, soft surface.

2. Install screws (B) to the mounting plate (C) using pliers to tighten the locknut.

3. Install mounting plate (C) to the junction box and secure it with mounting screws (D).

4. Wrap fixture ground wire (bare copper) around the green grounding screw (see diagram 1). Tighten. Continue fixture ground wire and connect to supply ground wire. (usually green or bare copper) using wire nut (A).
   NOTE: It is imperative that the fixture is grounded.

5. Connect the fixture neutral wire (white) to the supply neutral wire (usually white) using wire nut (A).

6. Connect the fixture hot wire (black) to the supply hot wire (usually black) using wire nut (A).
   CAUTION: Do not reverse the hot and neutral connections.

7. Make sure all wire connections are tight, then carefully tuck them into the junction box.

8. Install fixture (E) to the mounting plate (C) and secure with knurled caps (F).

9. Install fixture frame (H) to fixture (E) and secure with knurled cap (G).

10. Install a light bulb into the socket.

Care Instructions: Clean with a dry, soft cloth only. Use no harsh abrasives or chemical agents.
