Pinch Points
When moving the desk from a seated to standing position and back again, please ensure to keep fingers clear of pinch points. To assist in this, HON has designed the Coordinate work surfaces to be undersized to allow for 1” of space between the moving surface and other objects. This is in line with the appropriate ANSI/BIFMA standards. -
Cord Length
When using desktop objects such as laptops, CPUs, desk lamps, fans, etc., please take note of the length of power cord available. When adjusting Coordinate tables, ensure there is ample cord length to prevent the power cords from becoming unplugged from the source. -

Common Error Code for Coordinate
The Coordinate memory keypad features an LED display that provides a digital
readout for the height of the table. In rare instances an error with the table
may take place, this display will show a series of codes to help identify the
issue. Below is a list of common error codes, descriptions, and resolution
steps.
Coordinate Collision Detection System
The HON Coordinate table offers a collision detection system to help minimize
risks in the modern office space. When the table collides with an object with
sufficient force, it will stop its range of motion and retract from the
object. This feature works in both the upward and downward travel motion.
The amount of force required to engage the collision detection system can vary
based on applications and usage, so follow the instructions and practices in
this user guide.
