Product Usage Instructions
1. Package List
Ensure you have received all the items listed in the package list. Use included accessories for optimal performance.
2. Charging
USB Charging: Align the charging area and connect the USB cable. It takes two hours for a full charge.
Wireless Charging (optional): Place the headset on the wireless charging stand compatible with QI devices. It takes three hours for a full charge.
3. Power On/Off
To power on, hold the button for 2 seconds until the LED indicator turns green. To power off, hold the button for 2 seconds until the LED indicator turns red.
4. Call Controls and Busylight
Use the multi-function button for call controls. Accept calls with a single press, end calls with a single press, and reject calls with a double press. The LED indicator provides call status.
5. Music Controls
Control music playback with single presses on the headset button. The busylight indicates successful connection to Teams.
6. Customers Button
Press once to activate voice assistants like Siri or Google Assistant depending on your mobile phone.
7. Sound Control
Adjust noise-canceling levels to reduce ambient noise. Replace ear cushions as needed for comfort and sound quality.
8. Software Management
Download Yealink USB Connect for PC or Yealink Connect App for mobile devices to manage settings and features.

Note:
We recommend to fully charge the headset when using it for the first time. The
BHC76 is compatible with devices that support QI wireless charging, such as
wireless charging mobile phones and headsets.

- You can set the level of noise cancellation on Yealink USB Connect (desktop client) or Yealink Connect (mobile app).
- If you are in Noise Canceling mode, you might not hear the ambient sound. It depends on ambient conditions and the type or volume of audio playback Do not use the headset in places where the inability to hear ambient sounds would be dangerous.

Please use the power adapter provided by Yealink to get a more efficient charging
experience. -
Please do not place any metal and magnetic cards on the charging board to avoid
abnormalities and damage to the charger. -
Please do not charge too far away from the charging sign to get a more efficient
charging experience. -
During use, if you find the charging board or the charged device is overheated and the charging stops (the indicator light keeps flashing), you need to remove the charged device until it cools down, and then try charging again.

The indicator light of the charging stand keeps flashing, and it may be the following three situations:
- The location of the charged device is not placed correctly. You need to replace the it. After calibrating the charging position, you can charge the device normally until the indicator light is always on.
- The charging stand has an overheating alarm. After the mobile phone or the charging stand cools down, it will stop flashing automatically and enter the normal charging state.
- Metal or magnetic cards may be placed on the charging board, and please remove them.
Safety Guide for BHC76 (optional)
- Do not disassemble the product by yourself or bring it near fire and water to avoid short circuit leakage or damage to the product.
- Do not use the product in high temperature, humidity, and corrosive environments to avoid damaging the circuit and causing failure to charge or other failures.
- Do not expose the product to corrosive liquids. Otherwise, it will cause severe damage.
- Do not disassemble or re-equip the product for any reason to avoid secondary failure and burnout.
- Do not place the product below -10°C or above 60°C.
- Do not knock, throw or shake the product because rough methods will damage the internal circuit board structure.
