Connecting the Redundant Power Supply
Install the 7200-2000AC redundant power supply into the slot intended for
connecting a redundant power supply module on the DES-7206 or DES-7210
chassis. Connect the AC power cord to the power input of the 7200-2000AC
redundant power supply. Plug the other end of the AC power cord into a
grounded power outlet.
Rules and conditions for safe operation
Please read this section carefully before installing and connecting devices.
Make sure that the device and cables do not have mechanical damage. The device
must only be used for its intended purpose, according to the installation
manual.
The device is intended for use in a dry, clean, dust-free, and well-ventilated
area with normal humidity, away from powerful heat sources. Do not use it
outdoors or in places with high humidity. The ambient temperature in the
immediate vicinity of the device and inside its housing must be between 0 and
+40 ºC.
The power supply must comply with the power supply parameters specified in the
device specifications.
Do not open the case of the device! Before cleaning the device from dirt and
dust power off the device. Remove dust with a damp cloth. Do not use
liquid/aerosol cleaners or magnetic/static devices for the cleaning. Avoid
getting moisture into the device.
The service life of the device is 2 years.
The warranty period is calculated from the date of purchase of the device from
official dealers in Russia and the CIS countries and is one year.
Regardless of the date of sale, the warranty period cannot exceed 2 years from
the date of manufacture of the product, which is determined by the 6 (year)
and 7 (month) digits serial numbers indicated on the technical data label.
Year: C – 2012, D – 2013, E – 2014, F – 2015, G – 2016, H – 2017, I – 2018, J
– 2019, 0 2020, one – 2021.
Month: one – January, 2 – February, …, 9 – September, A – October, B –
November, FROM – December.
If you find a malfunction of the device, contact the service center or
D-Link technical support team.
Connecting the power supply
Install the 7200-2000AC in the chassis redundant power module slot DES-7206
or DES-7210. Connect the AC power cable to the connector 7200-2000AC Redundant
Power Module and a grounded electrical outlet.
