Using the Vacuum Cleaner Preparation
- Install the dust cup gently in the direction of the arrow.
- Connect the hose to the vacuum cleaner.
- Connect accessories to the vacuum cleaner through the hose.
Turning On
- Connect the power cord to a power outlet.
- Press the main power switch to turn on the vacuum cleaner. The suction power level is set to Low by default for the first time.
- The vacuum cleaner will be turned on next time at the suction power level you previously selected.
Select a Suction Power Level
- The corresponding status indicator lights up when a mode is selected.
- If the electric clipper gets stuck, the status indicator will flash rapidly.
Adjustment of Electric Clippers
- Slide up for a shorter cut.
- Do not press the grey self-locking button.
- Slide down for a longer cut.
- Press and hold the grey self-locking button.
Use of Accessories
Grooming Brush
Use to clean up flyaway hair and debris stuck in pet fur, and to give hair a more fluffy look.
Deshedding Tool
- This tool can effectively remove loose hair and reduce tangles for long and short-haired dogs and cats.
- Please be careful with the pet’s skin and do not use excessive force that may cause scratches.
Electric Clippers
- Use to shave and collect pet hair in the dust cup to prevent it from falling around the home.
- Please be careful with the pet’s skin and do not use excessive force that may cause scratches.
Cleaning Brush
- Use to clean up pet hair, and hair stuck on clothes and furniture.
Nozzle
- Use to clean hair stuck in corners and small crevices in the sofa or carpet.
Clipping Comb (Optional Use)
- Choose a comb for different hair lengths.
- Please keep the combs properly placed when not in use.
Wind Cover (Optional Use)
- Use to enhance wind power when trimming hair, and to guide the suction port path.
- Please keep the wind covers properly placed when not in use.

Cleaning and Maintenance
Cleaning the Dust Cup
- Press the button, then lift slightly in the direction of the arrow to remove the dust cup.
- Empty the dust cup contents.
- Install the dust cup in the direction of the arrow.
- Be careful when removing the dust cup.
- If the removed dust cup is cleaned after emptying, remember to install the dust cup after it is completely dry to prevent electric shock or machine damage caused by water in the device.
Cleaning the Electric Clippers
- Lift in the direction of the arrow to remove the clipper. If you just want to clean the blade, there is no need for removal.
- Vacuum or clean debris from the blade and the clipper.
- Slide the knob to the bottom, and then reinstall the clipper in the direction of the arrow after cleaning.
Cleaning the Sponge Filter
- Remove the dust cup and take out the sponge filter.
- Rinse it with cold water and drain after washing.
- Place it in a well-ventilated place for at least 24 hours to dry.
- Install the sponge filter back to its original position after it is completely dry, and ensure it is properly installed.
- The sponge filter should be cleaned with cold water.
- Cleaning and maintenance will depend on your usage habits, please clean it regularly.
- Disconnect power and unplug the power cord when cleaning the device.
- Wet sponge filters can cause electric shock and malfunction. Make sure to install the sponge filter only after drying.
Cleaning High-Performance Filter
- Remove the dust cup and screws, and take out the high-performance filter.
- Rinse the high-performance filter with cold water and drain after washing.
- Place it in a well-ventilated place for at least 24 hours to dry.
- Install the high-performance filter back to the original position after it is completely dry, and ensure it is properly installed.
- The high-performance filter should be cleaned with cold water.
- Cleaning and maintenance will depend on your usage habits, please clean it regularly.

- High-performance filters that are not completely dry can cause electric shock and malfunction. Make sure to install the high-performance filter only after drying.

- The Limited Warranty applies to purchases made from authorized retailers of Anker Innovations Limited. Warranty coverage applies to the original owner and the original product only and is not transferable.
- Anker Innovations warrants that the eufy Clean Pet Grooming Vacuum unit shall be free from defects in material and workmanship as follows:
- The body of the eufy Clean Pet Grooming Vacuum for two (2) years.
- In the case of a eufy Certified Refurbished product for three (3) months.
- The warranty starts from the date of purchase and applies when the eufy Clean Pet Grooming Vacuum unit Is used under normal household conditions and maintained according to the requirements outlined in this instruction manual subject to the following conditions and exclusions.
REMEDY
- The original unit and/or non-wearable components deemed defective, according to Anker Innovations’ sole discretion, will be repaired or replaced for up to two years from the original purchase date.
- In the rare event that a replacement unit is issued, the warranty coverage ends ninety (90) days following the receipt date of the replacement unit or the remainder of the existing warranty, whichever is greater If the unit is replaced, Anker Innovations reserves the right to replace the unit with one of equal or greater value.
EXCLUSION
Unless agreed in writing, the Limited Warranty will not apply to consequential and incidental damages and not apply if the defect(s) relate to:
- Consumable parts such as filters, brushes, etc., are subject to normal wear and tear, and require regular maintenance and/or replacement to ensure the proper functioning of your unit.
- Defects caused by rough or inappropriate handling or use or damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, fire, water, lightning, or other acts of nature, external sources such as weather, electrical outages, or power surges.
- Improper operation or maintenance, use not under the Product instructions, or connection to improper voltage supply.
- Negligent use or care, neglect or careless operation or misuse of the Product.
- Accident, abuse, misapplication, or any unauthorized repair, modification disassembly, or opening of the chassis of the Product.
- Any failure by Buyer or a third party to comply with environmental and storage requirements for the Product specified by Seller.
- Any failure to adequately package the Product for transportation.
- Use of parts not by the Product instructions.
- Use of parts and accessories other than those produced or recommended by eufy.
- Use in a commercial environment as the Product is designed for residential use only.
- Extreme or external causes beyond our reasonable control include but are not limited to, breakdowns, fluctuations, or interruptions in electric power, ISP (internet service provider) service, or wireless networks.
- Weak and/or inconsistent wireless signal strength in your home.
- Any product(s) purchased from unauthorized dealers/resellers.
- Products used outside the country of purchase.
- Free products.
- Lost and/or stolen products

- This Limited Warranty is your sole and exclusive remedy against Anker Innovations and Anker Innovations’ sole and exclusive liability in respect of defects in your Product.
