Product Appearance

Product Introduction

The 3-in-l wireless charger, a compact charging house, powered from only one outlet, can charge devices simultaneously. When charging your mobile phone, Smart Watch, and your earphone, simply place them on the charger to automatically begin charging. This will declutter your desk and make your life easier. The charger is designed to save space and make charging your electronic devices easier. The charger has an LED indicator light that shows the charging  state of your devices. The indicator light can be turned off by touching the control key.

Operation Steps

1. Connect the charger to a 9V/2A QC3.0 adapter through a Type-C quick charge cable to turn on the power
2. Place your phone on the plate to charge
3. Place your Smart Watch on the charging area to charge (tighten the wrist strap to improve charging)
4. Place the charging case of your earphones on the earphone charging area to charge. Radiator hole

LED light Instructions

Green light is displayed: Standby mode or not charging your device
Blue light is flashing: Wireless charging in progress
Blue and Green light are flashing: Foreign body detected or the phone has not been correctly connected (charging will automatically stop)

Attention

1. Please keep the charger away from water or other liquids.
2.  lf you need to clean the charger, please make sure it is unplugged.
3. Can be used within temperatures of 0-45 degrees Celsius.
4. Charging environment of Smart Phone will be <55°C(<13rF).

Notice: Notice: To charge 3 devices safely and efficiently, you must use the power adapter (Qualcomm Quick Charger 2.0 or 3.0) and quick charge cable. (An appropriate adapter and quick charge cable must be used, otherwise, the charger may not charge the phone, may not charge 3 devices simultaneously, or may even damage the charger).

Answer questions

1. If you’re experiencing interrupted or slow charging, check the following:
   (1) The back of your phone should not have any metal, pop sockets, or credit cards.
   (2) Put the phone in the center of the charging surface (this lets the charging coil in your phone lineup with the one inside the wireless charger).
   (3) The wireless charging coil on some phones is located slightly below center.
   (4) Phone cases should be no thicker than 3mm for effective charging.
   (5) Check whether the adapter is QC3.0 fast charger.

2.  If you’re failing to charge your device, please try out the following:
   (1) Please restart your cell phone and test with other USB cable
   (2) Please check whether the indicator tums on or not.
   (3) Please check the Adapter is QC3.0 Quick Charger (Output:9V/2A)
   (4) Please check whether the thickness of your phone case is less than 3mm and no metal ring or magnetic pad interference.

3. If you’re using the recommended wireless charger with the QC3.0:
   (1)Replacing the cable connecting to your the wireless charger.
   Rebooting your phone.
   (2) Unplug the adapter and reinsert.
