ASSEMBLY

Remove all parts from the packaging, put them on the floor and check that none are missing. Please note that some parts are already installed on the main frame. In addition, there are some parts that are connected with individual parts. This will make assembly quicker and easier for you.

  1. STEP 1. Fit the stabilisers (Fig. 2)

  2. Fix the front stabiliser (8) to the main frame (6). To do this, use two Allen bolts (14), two pressure washers (15) and two curved washers (16). Repeat the process with the rear stabiliser (9).

  3. You can adjust the height of the handlebar stem (4) and saddle post (10) with the L-shaped adjustment knob (5). Loosen it, set the saddle post to the desired height, and retighten it.

  4. STEP 2. Fit the pedals and the saddle (Fig. 3)

  5. The pedals (7L+7R) have a mark: the right pedal has an R, and the left one an L. Note: the reference (right/left) is taken as if the user was sitting on the saddle. Put each pedal (7L+7R) on its corresponding crank. (Note: the right pedal is adjusted clockwise; the left one is adjusted counterclockwise).

  6. Insert the saddle (13) on its sliding guide (12). Tighten the knob securely.

\(17\)

  7. STEP 3 Insert the handlebar (3) on its stem (4) (Fig. 4).

  8. Connect the cable in the stem to the handlebar cable. Then, fix the handlebar (3) to the stem (4) with 4 Allen bolts (17).

  9. Attach the device holder (2) to the handlebar.

  10. STEP 4. Fit and plug in the bike

  11. Check that all parts are correctly assembled and fixed. If they are, the assembly is finished.

  12. To train comfortably and safely, the bike must be completely stable. So, if you notice that the bike wobbles during use, adjust the front and rear stabilisers feet (8 and 9).
Before plugging in the bicycle, read the specifications of the power adapter. Once you have done so, place one end of the adapter into the hole provided at the front of the main frame.
The bike is now ready for use.

OPERATION

  • Getting on and off the bicycle

    • Before getting on the bicycle, make sure the pedals are properly fixed. Stand next to the bike and pass the leg that is closer to it over the frame to sit on the saddle; then, insert your feet in the pedals.
    • To get off the exercise bike, do the previous step in reverse order.
  • Adjusting the resistance
The pedalling resistance can be adjusted with the console built into the handlebar. Read the console operation to adjust it.

  • Assembling the saddle

    • To adjust the height of the saddle, remember that the correct position is the one in which your waist is not tilted to the side when the pedal is in the lower position and the foot is perfectly inserted in the toe clips.
    • Adjust the saddle properly to ensure maximum efficiency and comfort during exercise. The saddle is in the correct position if the user has a slightly bent knee when one of the pedals is at a 90-degree angle relative to the ground.
    • To adjust the saddle height, simply loosen the L-shaped adjustment knob (5), raise, or lower the saddle to the desired height, and tighten the knob.

Adjusting the handlebar

  • Make sure the handlebar height is approximately at the same height as the saddle. Remember that this parameter will depend on the biomechanics and physiology of the user. If you feel uncomfortable in this position or your knees touch the handlebar, you should increase the height slightly.
  • To adjust the handlebar height, simply loosen the L-shaped adjustment knob (5), adjust the handlebar to the desired height, and tighten the knob.

Information on the chest strap

Chest strap parts (Fig. 5):

  • A. Sensor
  • B. Strap structure
