HEADSET CONNECTION

  • The universal QD connector in every model of the Axtel professional headset along with Axtel connecting cables allows you to connect the headset with a variety of communication systems (a landline phone, a mobile phone and a computer).   • You should plug it in the right socket of a telephone and connect it to the headset.

RECOMMENDATIONS
  • It is recommended to replace padding and foam ear pad covers min. every 6 months.
  • Use special wipes for electronic equipment to clean the headset.
  • The headset should be stored in a safe place, away from moisture and extreme temperatures.
  • Do not use the product if it is damaged or incomplete.
  • Do never stretch or bend the connecting cable of the headset. It may cause damage to the internal wire which is going to affect the sound quality.

TECHNICAL PROBLEMS

I cannot hear the caller / I hear crackling noises / the sound is being interrupted.

  • You should check if the right connecting cable is being used.
  • If an amplifier is being used, you should set its volume to the highest level.
  • You should check if the connection socket is not damaged.
  • You should check if the headset is not mechanically damaged.

The caller cannot hear me.

  • You should make sure that the microphone is pointed directly to the mouth, keeping a 2 cm distance.
  • You should thoroughly check if the connection cable is plugged into the right socket of the telephone device.
  • You should check if the QD ends are connected right.
  • You should check if the right connecting cable is being used.

WARNINGS

  • Avoid prolonged listening at the highest volume.
  • The volume of a received sound may vary depending on the connected device and its settings.
  • In the case of discomfort, it is recommended to turn off the device to which the headset is connected.
  • All Axtel headsets are equipped with the Acoustic Protection technology, which cancels high and harmful sounds to the ear to a level of 105dB.
  • When you feel any discomfort associated with direct contact of the device with your skin, stop using the headphones and contact Axtel Headsets. Continued wearing of the headset can lead to allergic reactions such as redness or rash.
