The Travel Adapter is a reducer that allows the forks of Czech appliance power cords to be connected to sockets in South Africa and countries with similar standards. The adapter is supplied with the SKROSS® World to Europe adapter to provide the versatility to connect any power cords from around the world in South Africa. The adapter does not change voltage, current, polarity, or other electrical quantities. To use, install the adapter in a power outlet and then plug the appliance into the adapter. When disconnecting from the mains, follow the reverse procedure. The adapter is intended for short-term use, not for permanent live loads. After use, unplug from the power outlet.
SAFETY NOTICE
Always use the Travel Adapter when it is dry and clean. It must not be exposed
to liquids or moisture, temperatures above 60 °C. Do not insert any objects,
wires, staples, etc. into the holes of the Travel Adapter except for the power
cords. Clean with a dry or damp cloth and allow to dry thoroughly. Always
clean unplugged. Keep out of reach of children. Do not interfere with the
wiring!
Improper use of the product is grounds for termination of the manufacturer’s
