Two loading systems can be used for this desoldering pump:
- with the thumb pressing the load button (B) (fig. 1)
- by setting the load plunger button (A) against a hard surface (fig. 2), then fully pressing in the plunger in both cases. A spring returns the button to its original position, protecting the user against the abrupt kickback of the plunger.
Once the solder melts, apply the nozzle (G) of the desoldering pump against the tip of the soldering iron (fig. 3). Press the trigger button (C) to desolder. Once the pump is “re-loaded” part of the solidified solder is ejected. The remainder is subsequently left in the chamber, having become fragmented. For this reason it is necessary to periodically clean and grease it (using vaseline or similar product).
To effect this, proceed as follows:
- Unscrew the pump body F
- Take the accumulated solder out in D
- Apply vaseline in D and E
- Clean the nozzle G

The JBC 2 years warranty, guarantees this equipment against all manufacturing
defects, covering the replacement of defective parts and all necessary labour.
Warranty does not cover product wear due to use or misuse.
In order for the warranty to be valid, equipment must be returned, postage
paid, to the dealer where it was purchased.
This product should not be thrown in the garbage.
