TROUBLESHOOTING

No image on the screen
- check if the power voltage is stable and if the power cable was connected properly
- check the connections between the camera and the DVR or monitor

The image is not stable
- check if the power voltage is stable
- check the monitor and other connected equipment

The background color changes repeatedly

the electromagnetic field of fluorescent lamps causes this problem.
This is a normal phenomenon of the cameras. -
reduce the number of fluorescent lamps or increase the distance between the camera and the fluorescent lamps.

CAUTION!
- Do not try to open the housing of the camera. If the camera doesn’t work properly, please contact your supplier.
- Power the camera correctly. The power voltage, polarity and operating temperature must be according to the camera’s specifications.
- If you are using the camera during a lightning storm, please make sure the ground connection is done properly or disconnect the camera from the power supply.
- To keep good quality of the images the power cable and the signal cables should not be very long.
- Do not point the camera to the sun or other source of strong light, to avoid image sensor damage.
- Do not install the camera near a heating radiator or other heat source.
