- Do not drop the scale or drop objects on it, asthis may damage the sensors.
- Do not immerse in water.
- Not recommended for pregnant women.
- Not recommended for infants, toddlers, and children under 10 years of age.
- Do not attempt to repair, disassemble or alter the product yourself.

- To ensure the most accurate results, take your measurements at the same time of the day and under similar circumstances.
Before use

Search for ‘Fitdays’ in the Apple Store or in Google Play. Or scan this QR code:

Download and install the app. The app icon will appear on your phone or tablet after the installation is completed.

Turn on Bluetooth and your GPS on your smart phone or tablet.

Register your own ID by email or login with a social media account.

Add personal data and confirm OK.
Note: Entering the wrong gender, age, height, or corporeality level can result in inaccurate measurements.

Activate the scale by tapping on it with your foot. Wait until the display shows “0.0 kg”.

Pair the scale with your device via Bluetooth. Leave the app on the main screen, it will automatically connect to the scale.
Or click “Account“ → “Device” →+→ “Bluetooth” to find the scale’s Bluetooth ID: My_scale. -
The app will show your data within a few seconds.

Operation
Before using the smart scale, make sure you have entered all your personal data through the Fitdays app.

Place the scale on a hard level surface.

Tap with your foot to activate it. Wait until the display shows ‘0.0’ (kg/lb).

Step on the scale barefoot for thorough measurements and full analysis.

Hold the handle bar in front of you with your arms straight, at a 45 degree angle.
Make sure your arms do not touch your body, as this will negatively affect the measurements. Also, your hands and feet should make full contact with all sensors. -
After the weight has been locked, all body composition data can be read in the Fitdays App by clicking ‘more data’.

Note: When stepping on the scale with socks or shoes on, only weight and BMI
will be
measured and displayed on the main page in the app.
7. Maintenance
-If necessary, clean the scale and handle bar with a slightly damp towel and wipe it dry
with a soft cloth.
-You can use cleaning alcohol to clean the sensors. Do not use it on other parts of
the unit.
-Store the scale in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight. Be careful not to kink
the connection wire.
Troubleshooting
- Bluetooth connection failed.
- Make sure the scale, Bluetooth and your GPS are on.
- Check the system version of your smart phone, it must be iOS 8.0 or higher/ Android 6.0 higher.
- When failed to connect via Bluetooth, please clic “Account“→“Device”→ + → “Bluetooth” to to find the scale’s Bluetooth ID: My_scale.
- The scale is not measuring body fat data.
- You have to be barefoot to measure body fat. Make sure your feet and the scale are both dry.
- Stand on the scale for about 10 seconds, until the number on the display stops flashing.
- Bluetooth is not turned on.
- Bluetooth is paired with a difference scale.
- The scale is producing inconsistent measurements.
- Check whether the scale is placed on a hard, flat surface.
- Make sure nothing isstuck to the bottom.
- Remove the batteries to restart the scale.
- The app is displaying an incorrect body fat rate.
- The body parameter settings are incorrect, check to make sure you entered the correct gender, height, and age.
- How to re-calibrate the scale.
- Remove one of the batteries, place it back and wait for the scale to restart automatically.
- Tap with your foot on the scale to turn it on. Let it automatically drop to 0.0kg to calibrate.
- The scale does not turn on.
- Remove the batteries and place them back. Make sure to insert the batteries as directed.
- Check if the batteries are depleted.

- LO: The batteries in the scales are too weak. Insert new batteries.
- EER: The scale is overloaded (max 180 kg). Place less weight onto the scale.
- C: An error had occurred during measurement. Step off the scale for 5 seconds and step back on to measure again.

The crossed out wheelie bin symbol on this product is to remind you that electrical products should not be disposed of with household waste. Please dispose of it responsibly at an approved waste or recycling facility. Check with your local authority for recycling advice.
