Safety instructions
- Obey all safety and other instructions found in this manual. Also obey all instructions and the safety advice found in the manual of the chainsaw when operating this. Non-compliance with any of safety instructions might lead to serious injuries.
- During work, wear appropriate protective equipment. Do not wear loose clothing or jewellery. Long hair must be tied back.
- During use, wear safety goggles to protect your eyes against splinters. Moreover, wear an ear protection, work shoes, and robust gloves equipped with a cutting-protection inlay.
- Only use straight pieces of wood if possible.
- Make sure that the work area is sufficiently ventilated when using a chainsaw.
- When using a chainsaw with cable guide, make sure that the blade does not touch the cable.
- Always make sure that the workplace is well-lit.
- Do not use the chainsaw if you are under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medicine that impair consciousness.
- Keep your hands away from the blade of the chainsaw.
- Please note that this sawhorse is not designed for commercial or industrial use.
Description and assembly
- The sawhorse consists of four legs assembled with two stabiliser bars per side.
- When assembling the saw hors, wear gloves.
- Attaching the stabiliser bars is done using the screws and nuts M6×12 (1)–M8×16 (6) (see drawing).
- Screw together the legs using the screw M8×16 (6), washer M8 (5) (2×), and nut M8 (4).
- Use the screw M6×12 (1), washer M6 (2) (2×), and nut M6 (3) in the long holes of the legs. Tighten the screws sufficiently, but allow the sawhorse to keep its adjusting/folding feature.
- Attach the stabiliser bars using the pieces M6×12 (1) and M6 (3). Firstly, attach the lower stabiliser bar to three legs with a screw and nut at each leg. Then, attach the second stabiliser bar. Screwing to the spot where the two bars are attached to one bar is done using the screw M6×35 (7) and a nut M6 (3).
- Attach the handle (8) using with 2 screws M6×12 (1) and two nuts M6 (3) on the left and right of the front and rear leg.
