3. Come with a stand to release your workload.

ACCESSORIES

HOW TO USE

1. Before use please clean all accessories.

2. Pour in ingredients into a mixing bowl.
   Caution:

   • Allow below or equal to 800g flour for the mixing bowl
   • Below 1.00 g flour and 70g water are not suitable for stand mix function.

3. Place the mixing bowl into the bottom base.

4. Insert beater or hook into mixer body;
   Notice:
   Be sure not to wrongly insert the left & right hook positions.

5. Place the mixer on the mixer stand.

6. Ensure speed control is set at the ‘O’ position before connecting to power.

7. The product is equipped with 9 speed selection. You may select different speeds for different purposes i.e. for mixing flour:

   • Speed 1 operates for 30-S0s, mixed flour & water with bowl auto turns mode.
   • Speed 2 operates for 30-S0s mixed flour & water become starchy.
   • Speed 3 operates for 1-2 minutes to form an initial dough.
   • Speed 4 operates for 2 minutes to form a dough.
   • Speed 5 operates for 3-4 minutes to form the best dough (Add butter at step 4 for butter taste)

8. When not in use, unplug the power, remove the mixer from the stand, and eject the beater/hook.

CAUTION

• The max continuous operation time for the device is <3 minutes. After this must rest for 15 minutes for the next use.
• Do not mix up the hook & beater to use together to avoid unnecessary damage.
• When installing or removing the hook or beater with the mixer, unplug the power.
• Do not use other than BEAR accessories.
• During operation be sure all parts/accessories are fixed firmly.

Warning

• Before cleaning, unplug the power.
• Use a dry cloth to wipe the main body, avoid immersing it in water.
• Hook & beater are both allowed to immerse into the water to clean.
• Do not use a metal brush.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Remark:
After the above troubleshooting, the problem remained, please call the authorized service center.

Operation Interface:

1. “-” button: reduce speed.
2. “+” button: increase speed.
3. Speed button: Direct to MAX speed, reset to previous speed.
4. ON/OFF button: to ON or OFF the device.
5. LED display: red color.

Operation Method:

1. Standby mode: red light blinking. (ON 0.5s, OFF 0.5s)
2. Speed display: LED display 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9

Operation Process:

• Power connected, LED display ‘O’ is blinking (Standby Mode)
  Remarks:
  No last memory function, once power is reconnected, will back to standby mode.

• By pressing”+” or”-” button once, motor speed will”+” or”-” one step. When adjusted to the desired speed (blinking), press the ON/OFF button once. The device will start operation. (Once the speed is adjusted to “O”, the device will stop operation & at standby mode.

• During operation, if the ON/OFF button is pressed, it stops immediately (the current running speed digit is blinking) once again press the ON/OFF button, and it will resume the previous speed operation.

• During operation at a particular speed, once the ‘Speed’ button is pressed, it will increase to max speed, 2nd press of the ‘Speed’ button will resume at a particular speed.
