Installation Instructions
- Carefully unpack the instrument and place it on a stable, clean, non-slip, and fireproof surface.
- Ensure a good working environment free of any combustible media or flammable materials to avoid additional hazards.
- Place the shaker at more than 10 cm from the wall and other units if using multiple units together.
- Ensure that there is no accidental spillage during speed setting.
- Do not use any combustible media or flammable materials to avoid any additional hazards.
- Ensure that the label indicates the correct voltage before connecting the unit to the power supply.
- Do not operate the unit with a damaged power cord.
- Disable the power supply while fitting the accessories.
- Ensure that the unit and its accessories are in good working condition before each operation.
Operating Procedure
- Switch ON the power and the instrument will start self-checking.
- Press the “Mode” key and the unit will enter the adjustment mode.
- Press the “+/-” keys and confirm the set speed and time. Adjust the speed and time to the desired settings. When the set time is 0, the screen displays “Hold” and switches to continuous mode.
- Press the “Start” key and the instrument will begin shaking.
- Press the “Stop” key to stop the operation and return the unit to adjustment mode.
Troubleshooting and Error Code Information

Switch position is OFF| Turn on the instrument and check the speed set on the
LED display.

before reconnecting them.
E02| The shaking board operation failure| Target speed is not set| Set the
target speed and make sure the indicator lamp is ON.
Driver board damage| Replace the driver board.
Motor damage| Replace the motor.
E03| Inaccurate shaking speed| Driver board damage| Replace the driver board.
Photoelectric switch damage| Replace the photoelectric switch.
E04| Shaking speed is jammed| Driver board damage| Replace the driver board.
Motor damage| Replace the motor.
