• RxLogger 7.75.5.42:
o One Touch feature:
▪ One-Touch feature is to improve the logging with just one touch to select the modules with the problem area and start logging. The logging can be configured for a particular pre-defined time duration as well, to avoid the internal flash storage wear and tear over time.

• SPR-48705 – Resolved an issue where screen orientation was changing when device was placed on cradle even though screen rotation was disabled.
• SPR-51425/SPR-51384 – Resolved an issue where YUV Channel on Color Camera fails with third channel producing a green-only signal.
• SPR-51205 – Resolved an issue wherein BT Audio gateway codec was not working at 8kHz.
• SPR-51851 – Resolved issue in files app which was unable to access the Android/Data folder list.
• SPR-51696 – Resolved an issue during long running RxLogger Snapshot module, due to file open badbit, file closure has failed and the file was not in a usable state, which caused to delete the old files and was not generating new snapshot files.

• SPR-51355 – Resolved an issue for Network mode Selection does not persist across reboot on Verizon operator.

o Access Manager adds the ability to:

▪ Turn off the power on a device.
▪ Set Recovery Mode Access to features that could compromise a device.

o UI Manager adds the ability to:
▪ Turn on/off Do Not Disturb mode on a device.
▪ Enable/disable Inter-app Sharing on a device.
▪ Enable/disable configuration of Accessibility options, which can help simplify device usage for those with physical and/or visual impairments.
▪ Show/hide Immersive Mode pop-up warning.

▪ Allow an administrator to select the FTM Intervals, a preference for the frequency of updates to the Fine Timing Measurement Location on a device.

• Zebra Camera Application is introduced to ET40/ET45 devices with current version of SW. Features supported include
o Consumer phone style UI for easier workforce adoption
o Built-in QR Code decode for accessing internal or external websites
o Dirty lens detection and warning to reduce the chance of taking photos with obstructed lens
o Integrated Google Lens feature
o Better image quality in wider variety of lighting conditions
• Added functionality to Zebra Bluetooth Manager to enable or disable the default silent pairing option as out of box it is enabled always and no option was available to disable it previously.
• DataWedge now has Zebra Camera added to the disabled App list so DW will not get enabled when camera App is running.

• SPR-47094 – Resolves an issue where, ET40 does not connect to AirWatch Server when device is connecting to the network through a Proxy PAC file.

• Fixed an issue where, when enterprise reset is done on a device where MDNA license is enabled, persisted configuration settings for Zebra Volume Control and Bluetooth Manager which is persisted using the Persist Manger need to be re-configured after the enterprise reset.

Device Support
The products supported in this release are ET40S, ET40L, ET45S and ET45L series product. Please see device compatibility details under Addendum Section.

Known Constraints

• Due to Google security constraint, products introduced with Android 11 as the base OS limits the “adb push” command to copy files only to /data partition hence pushing files directly to /enterprise or sub folder of enterprise partition using “adb push” command will not be supported. Please see respective product documentation for further details on path changes related to this constraint.
• In the current version of SW Released, Wi-Fi Hotspot feature is disabled. This is expected to get enabled back in future maintenance release.
• “Messages for Web” feature is not fully supported with the current version of SW as after a device reboot it does not allow to pair with another browser unless a factory reset is done.
• Battery manager charging status is shown as “Not Charging” once the battery is fully (100%) charged instead of showing as “Full” once Zebra Charge Manager feature is enabled.
• Camera Manager CSP is not supported on ET40/ET45 Devices.
• Device display will be force rotated to landscape once the device is placed in a cradle. If this needs to be disabled, contact your Zebra support channel for more information.
