Installation Instructions

Read these instructions thoroughly before installing this kit.
This document applies to the following printers:

• ZT411/ZT421
• ZT510
• ZT610/ZT620

Parts List

Before proceeding, verify that your kit contains the following items. To reorder specific parts, navigate to zebra.com/parts, and select your printer model.

Media bracing disk| | Qty 1

Install the Media Bracing Disk on a ZT610 or ZT620 Printer

1. Install media as instructed in the User Guide for your printer.
2. Place the media bracing disk on the spindle and press it up against the roll of media.

Install the Media Bracing Disk on a ZT411, ZT421, or ZT510 Printer

1. Install media as instructed in the User Guide for your printer.

2. Slide out the media guide.

3. Place the media bracing disk against the roll of media.
   

4. Slide in the media guide until it just touches the edge of the disk.
