Power On/ Off/ Fingerprint

  • In the state of power-off, press the power button light will flash white 1s to turn on the device, and the indicator
  • In the state of power-on, click the screen ›Windows ›Power ›Shutdown Power off Turn the device off
  • Press and hold the power button for 8s, and the device will be forced to shut down.
  • ( Note: It is not recommended to forcibly shut down the device in normal use scenarios because this operation may cause data damage.)

Sleep and wake up

  • While on, click the power button to make the AYANEO device enter sleep mode, or click Window > Power › Sleep > Sleep.
  • The cooling fan stops running during sleep mode, and the indicator light flashes slowly and regularly as a white light.
  • While in sleeping mode, click the power button to wake up AYANEO. If Windows Hello is configured to log in securely with a fingerprint, tap the power button to wake up the screen, then tap the fingerprint recognition to enter the OS interface.
  • There is no need to enter a PIN or password to log in. The indicator is always white, and the cooling fan rotates normally. You need to wait 1 to 3 seconds for the screen to finish waking up on different interfaces.

Volume

  • Tap the volume + button to increase the volume step by step, and long press to increase the volume continuously.
  • Tap Volume – to decrease the volume. Or click the volume icon in the lower right corner of the system desktop interface, and slide the pop-up menu to adjust the volume

WLAN / Bluetooth

Text input

  • When you need to enter text, AYANEO comes with a physical keyboard. Slide up the screen to open the slide cover, and then use the key to enter text and the FN combination shortcut key to operate, or click the bottom right corner of the screen.
  • The icon calls out the touch keyboard and uses the touch to enter text.

Lighting effect

  • AYANEO lighting effect can be customized with AYA Space in terms of color, brightness, and status.
  • The specific settings are subject to the updated version of AYA Space.

Battery and Charging

  • When AYANEO is charging, the indicator light is always orange-red, and the white light is always on when the battery is full.
  • When the battery level falls below 15% while turned on, the indicator will flash orange-red and flicker regularly. Please use the included adapter to charge AYANEO.
  • Never use an uncertified safety adapter to charge AYANEO, which may cause damage to internal components and unforeseeable hazards.
  • When Type-C is plugged into a power source, avoid prolonged skin contact with the plug otherwise, it may cause discomfort or injury.
  • Do not attempt to replace AYANEO batteries yourself: you may damage the battery, and overheating may cause fire and personal injury.
  • AYANEO’s lithium-ion batteries shall be serviced or recycled by AYANEO, and they must be recycled separately from household waste.
  • Please dispose of batteries under local environmental regulations.
  • Batteries can only be replaced by AYANEO or AYANEO-authorized service providers.
  • There is a risk of explosion if you replace the battery with the wrong model.

Cleaning

Notice

  • The operating system of this product is Windows 11 64-bit Home Edition produced by Microsoft Corporation. In desktop mode, the basic operations of Windows can be performed through the touch screen.
  • In desktop mode, press and hold the screen with three fingers simultaneously for 1 second, then swipe up to bring up the task view to quickly switch between applications create a new desktop, and swipe down to minimize all applications.
  • If the application is unresponsive and cannot be turned off normally, long-press the window select Task Manager in the pop-up menu, and select the unresponsive process in the task manager to perform the “End Task” operation.
