Please read this Quick Start Guide for your first time using the earbuds. For more detailed information and FAQs, please refer to User Manual..

Before Use

Please take the following steps before using the earbuds for the first

time:

1. Take the earbuds out of the charging case. If the LED indicator on earbuds flashes blue and red alternately while the indicator on the other flashes blue slowly, use them normally.
2. If not, put them back into the charging case. Charge the charging case with external power supply until it is fully charged. (The LED indicator on the charging case stays blue.)

Powering ON / OFF

Power On Take the earbuds out of the charging case.

Power Off

Put the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid.

Pairing

1. Turn on the Bluetooth

2. Take the earbuds out of on your phone. the case to turn them on.

3. Choose XT300
   

4. Hear ‘PAIRING SUCCESSFUL’ in the list to pair. to confirm the earbuds connected.

Button Control

Please note that ANC and Regular mode will not work if you use only one earbud and put another one into the charging case. It will enter into Transparency mode automatically.

Cleaning

To prevent the dust to block charging contacts/pins which will lead to charging problems, as well as to keep the front cavity vent clean to guarantee the noise cancelling functions, please clean them regularly and only with a dry, soft cotton swab or equivalent. Note that never insert any cleaning tool into the earbud nozzles.

Questions & Answers

Q: Pairing fails.

A: 1) Put the earbuds into the charging case and charge them for about 10 minutes. 2) Retry the pairing. If you fail to pair them again, check the following:

• Make sure the earbuds and your Bluetooth device are next to each other within 3 feet and have no obstacles between them.
• Make sure there is no signal interference nearby. (If there is, please refer to the ‘Connections is not stable’ below).

Q: I paired the earbuds with my Bluetooth device before, but failed to

pair them again.

A: 1) Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone. 2) Delete all your Bluetooth addresses that have been connected to your phone. 3) Discover Bluetooth devices again and select `XT300′ in the list. If the paring still fails, please try again.

Q: Connection is not stable.

A: Bluetooth signals can be affected when transmitting. Then it will lead to the sound intermittent. In this case, check if the following conditions occur. • The distance between the earbuds and your Bluetooth device is at the edge of the Bluetooth transmission distance.

• Signals encounter obstacles or human body blockage.
• There are high-power electronic devices nearby.
• There are other Bluetooth devices and are being turned on / off nearby. To keep connection between the earbuds and your Bluetooth device stable, try to avoid the above conditions. To solve this problem, try to pair again.

Q: Power runs out fast.

A: The earbuds playtime may vary by the volume and audio content you play. To avoid unnecessary power consumption, please put the earbuds into the charging case when not in use.

Q: How to turn on the ENC?

A: ENC (Environment Noise Cancellation) function works automatically when you are making a call. The two microphones sense the environment noise and send opposite signals to speakers so that there will be less noise during the phone call. Note that this function will not work perfectly when you are moving fast.

Q: ANC doesn’t work.

A: Hold the touch button on your left earbud for 3 seconds and hear ‘DON’ which indicates the change in mode. The earbuds will enter into Transparency mode automatically once they are on. For the second time changing, they switch into the ANC mode, and Regular mode the third time. If you are unable to change the mode or ANC function does not work properly, check the following:

1. Leave your finger from the touch button after holding for 3 seconds. The earbuds will be off if you hold them for 5 seconds.
2. Make sure that both two earbuds are taken out from the case. The earbuds will switch into Transparency mode automatically if you take only one earbud on and put the other one back into the charging case. And in this case, ANC and Regular modes are not available in order to keep the audio balance between both ears.
