Before Use

Ash 7000 Liberty
- Ensure that the mains voltage matches the voltage requirements of the product.

- Do not vacuum liquids, burning objects, sharp objects, toner dust, or plaster.
- Do not exceed the capacity of the dust tank. Empty the tank once it is full.
- Do not put any objects into the openings of the appliance. Keep
all openings free of dust, lint, hair, and anything that may reduce airflow.
Operation
To operate the Conga Ash 7000 Liberty, follow these steps:
- Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a power outlet.
- Attach the desired nozzle to the hose.
- Turn on the appliance using the power button.
- Move the nozzle over the ash or debris to be vacuumed, ensuring thorough cleaning.
- Once finished, turn off the appliance and unplug it from the power outlet.

Do not carry or pull the appliance from the power cable. Do not use the power cable as handle. Do not push the cable against corners or sharp edges. Do not crush the power cable with the full weight of the appliance. Keep the cable away from hot surfaces.

Do not use the appliance if its cable, plug, or housing are damaged, nor after it malfunctions or has been dropped or damaged in any way.

The appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or separate remote-control system.

Turn off and unplug the appliance from the mains supply when not in use and before cleaning it. Pull from the plug, not the cable, to disconnect it from the outlet.

Do not use the appliance in spaces with explosive or toxic vapours.

Do not use the product to vacuum liquids, nor burning objects. Do not vacuum sharp objects, toner dust, or plaster.

Wait until the ash has cooled down to at least 40°C before vacuuming it.

Do not try to exceed the capacity of the tank. Stop using the appliance once the dust tank is full and empty it accordingly.

Do not put any objects into the openings of the appliance. Do not use the appliance if its openings are blocked. Do not restrict the airflow through the appliance. Keep all openings free of dust, lint, hair, and anything that may reduce the airflow.

If the suction openings of the unit or the flexible tube are blocked, switch off the vacuum cleaner and remove the blocking substance before starting the unit again.

Do not use the appliance if the accessories or parts are not properly installed.

Do not use any accessory that has not been recommended by Cecotec, as they might cause injuries or damage.

Children must not play with the device. Cleaning and user maintenance must not be carried out by unsupervised children.

the appliance. Close supervision is necessary when the appliance is being used by or near children. -

Battery instructions
- The appliance includes a Li-ion battery. Do not incinerate or expose it to high temperatures, as it may explode.
- Batteries may leak under extreme conditions. Should that be the case, do not touch the liquid. If the liquid gets into contact with skin, wash immediately with soap and water. If the liquid gets into the eyes, wash them immediately with clean water for a minimum of 10 minutes and seek medical attention. Wear gloves when handling the battery or cells and dispose of it immediately in accordance with local regulations.
- Avoid contact between batteries and small metal objects such as paper clips, coins, keys, nails, or screws.
- Never modify the charger in any way.
- Batteries must be removed from the appliance for safe disposal.
- Keep batteries out of the reach of children if they can be swallowed.
- Battery ingestion can cause burns, perforation of soft tissue, and death. It can cause severe burns within two hours of the ingestion.
- In case of battery ingestion, please seek medical help immediately.
- WARNING: to recharge the battery, use only the power supply included with the appliance, with reference YS16-090200.
- Non-rechargeable batteries should not be recharged.
- The batteries’ supply terminals must not be short-circuited.
- If the appliance is to be stored for a long period of time, it is advisable to remove the batteries.
- Batteries must be inserted in the correct position. When replacing batteries, check the polarity.

BEFORE USE
- This device is packaged in a way as to protect it during transport. Take the device out of its box and remove all packaging materials. You can keep the original box and other packaging elements in a safe place. This will help you prevent damage to the device when transporting it in the future. In case the original packaging is disposed of, make sure all packaging materials are recycled accordingly.
- Make sure all parts and components are included and in good conditions. If there is any piece missing or in bad conditions, contact the official Cecotec Technical Support Service immediately.

OPERATION

Installing the vacuum cleaner

Remove the appliance and accessories from the packaging box and check if they are in good condition.

Loosen the lock and remove the upper part of the tank.
-
Attach the filter set to the bottom of the head. Fig. 2

Reinsert the upper part on the tank and use the lock to secure it.

Insert the battery along the channel of the top cover. Fig. 3

Insert the aluminium tube into the flexible tube (1), and the other end of the flexible tube is inserted into the air inlet (2). Fig. 4

Use the power switch to start or stop vacuuming. Fig. 5

- Install one end of the flexible tube to the air outlet as shown. In the other end, install the aluminium tube. Fig. 6

Ash vacuuming
- Only use the overheating filter.
- When the tank is full or it is difficult to suck up more dust, the filter should be removed and cleaned.
- When vacuuming the ash from the chimney, the temperature of the ash must be below 40°C. Do not vacuum ashes whose fire has not been extinguished.

After use

Press the switch to turn off the vacuum cleaner.

Remove the flexible tube from the appliance.
-
Press the button on the switch and pull the battery out through the conduit.
-
Charge the battery if necessary.
Remove the top of the product. -
Empty the dust tank and wash it.

Use a cloth to dry the tank.
-
Remove the filter, clean it and wash it. Please note: If washed with water, air dry completely before installing in the vacuum cleaner.

Assembly and disassembly of the battery
- To assemble the battery, insert it along the channel of the top cover. Fig. 3
- To remove the battery, press the button on the battery and pull the battery out through the battery channel.

Charging the battery
- After each heavy use of the product, wait at least 20 minutes before recharging the battery.
- Before using the ash cleaner after a period of inactivity of more than one month, fully recharge the battery.
- Connect the power cable of the battery charger to the battery connector of the device. Fig. 7
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- The tank and the outer casing of the upper part must be cleaned frequently.
- The dust tank must be washed out with clean water.
- Shake the dust out of the filter to clean it. If it is necessary, it can be washed with clean water.
- Important: if the filter is cleaned with water, allow it to dry completely before reassembling it.
- If the device does not work satisfactorily, this is usually due to clogging of the hose or a combination of hoses or fittings. In that case, clean the affected parts.
- When the vacuum cleaner is not used for a long period of time, the battery should be removed and recharged regularly.
