SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Warning: Read the manual carefully before use. Failure to follow the warnings and instructions may result in damage to the unit, physical injury and/or damage to property. Store the manual in a safe place for future reference.

  • Do not use any inappropriate power cords.
  • Do not place the unit close to or in a fire or expose it to heat. Keep out of direct sunlight.
  • Do not charge, use or store the unit in a bathroom or in an area exposed to rain or moisture.
  • Do not drop the unit into water. If the battery in the unit comes into contact with water, it may cause chemical decomposition of the battery. This may cause the battery to catch fire or explode.
  • Never use or charge swollen, leaky, or damaged batteries.
  • Never install or remove a battery from the unit when it is turned on.
  • Do not use the batteries in strong electrostatic or electromagnetic environments. Otherwise, the battery control board may malfunction and cause a serious accident.
  • Never disassemble or pierce the product in any way. Otherwise, it may leak, catch on fire, or explode.
  • If the product hits a hard surface with force, stop using it. Use the product again only after checking it and making sure it is not damaged.
  • If the product falls into water during use, take the product out immediately and put it in a safe and open area. Keep a safe distance from it until it is completely dry. Never use it again and dispose it in accordance with local regulations.
  • Do not allow pins, wires or other metal pieces to get inside the device case, outlets or controls. Metal pieces may short circuit the product.
  • Make sure that the unit will not collide with hard objects. Do not place heavy objects on the machine.
  • Use and store the unit only in a clean and dry environment. Do not use and store in dusty and wet environment.
  • If there is dirt on any plug or outlet surface, use a dry cloth to clean it. Otherwise, it will cause abrasion and result in energy loss or inability to charge.
  • Do not put the machine in a microwave oven or in a pressurized container.
  • To reduce the risk of injury, close supervision is necessary when the product is used near children.
  • Do not put fingers or hands into the product.
  • Use of an attachment not recommended or sold by the manufacturer may result in a risk of fire, electric shock, or injury to persons.
  • To reduce risk of damage to the electric plug and cord, pull the plug rather than the cord when disconnecting the unit.
  • Do not use a battery or appliance that is damaged or modified. Damaged or modified batteries may exhibit unpredictable behaviour resulting in fire, explosion or risk of injury.
  • Do not operate the unit if a cord or plug is damaged, or if the output cable is damaged.
  • Do not disassemble the unit. Incorrect reassembly may result in a risk of fire or electric shock.
  • To reduce the risk of electric shock, unplug the unit from the outlet before performing any maintenance work.

Warning – Risk of explosive gases

  • Working in vicinity of a lead acid battery is dangerous. Batteries generate explosive gases during normal battery operation. For this reason, it is of the utmost importance that you follow the instructions each time you use the unit.
  • To reduce the risk of battery explosion, follow these instructions and those published by the battery manufacturer and by the manufacturer of any equipment you intend to use in the vicinity of the battery.
  • When charging the internal battery, work in a well-ventilated area and do not restrict ventilation in any way.
  • Under abusive conditions, liquid may be ejected from the battery; avoid contact. If contact accidentally occurs, flush with plenty of water. If liquid contacts eyes, flush with plenty of water and seek medical help immediately. Liquid ejected from the battery may cause irritation or burns.
  • Do not expose the unit to fire or excessive temperatures.

Recharging

  • Do not charge the unit via power supply systems that operate outside of 100-240V.
  • Do not charge the unit via solar panel with operating voltage outside of DC12-24V.
  • Always use approved attachment charging cables. We take no responsibility for any damage caused by using another brand’s charging cable.
  • When charging, place the product on the ground with no flammable or combustible materials around. To prevent accidents, never leave the machine unattended during charging.
  • Do not charge a product immediately after a long heavy load, because the product’s temperature may be too high. Do not charge a product until it cools down to room temperature.
  • Only charge and use the unit within an ambient temperature of 0 to 40°C (32~104°F).
  • The ideal charging temperature range is 22°C to 28°C (71°F to 82°F).

Storage and transportation

  • Keep the product out of the reach of children. If any children accidentally swallow parts, go to a doctor immediately.
  • If the low-battery warning appears, charge the battery before storing the unit.
  • Store the product in dry environments. Do not place the product in a spot where it may contact with water.
  • Make sure no small metal objects can fall on or around the product while in storage.
  • Do not transport the product if its battery power level is higher than 30%.

Maintenance

  • Never store the product in environments where the temperature is below -20°C or above 45°C.
  • Battery life may be reduced if the unit is not used for a long time.
  • Fully charge and discharge the battery at least once every 3 months to maintain battery health.

CHARGING THE UNIT

Attention:

  • Do not connect a device via ac output port while charging the unit.
  • Do not charge the unit via solar panel with operating voltage outside of DC12-26V.
  • Place solar panels in direct sunlight as much as possible.
  • The unit supports 60W/100W/120W/150W/200W max solar panels.

BUTTON FUNCTIONS

Note: Refer to previous page, section ”Buttons”.
Button A: Unit ON/OFF

  • Press button A to turn on the unit or to shut down the outputs when not in use.

Button B: SOS mode & LED light

  • This function is available no matter if the unit is turned on or not.
  • Press button B to turn on the LED light.
  • Double click it to turn on the SOS mode.
  • Press button B to go back to LED light mode, then press it again to turn off the light.

Button C: DC output ON/OFF

  • Make sure the unit is turned on before pressing button C to turn on the DC output.
  • Press button C to shut down the output(s) when not in use.

Button D: USB output ON/OFF

  • Make sure the unit is turned on before pressing button D to turn on the USB output.
  • Press button D to shut down the output(s) when not in use.
  • If the USB-C port doesn’t work, try using the AC adapter to charge.

Button E: AC output ON/OFF

  • Make sure the unit is turned on before pressing button E to turn on the AC output.
  • Press button E to shut down the output(s) when not in use.

Wireless charger

  • Turn on the unit to turn on the wireless charger.
  • Turn off the unit to shut down the output(s) when not in use.

Cooling fan

  • The unit is equipped with an internal cooling fan to ensure that the product operates within the appropriate temperature range.
  • When the unit experiences a higher output load, the fan will automatically be turned on during discharge or recharging.
  • The fan may operate intermittently to keep the internal temperature within the appropriate operating range.
  • The fan will likely start when the AC circuit is activated to ensure proper operation.

INFORMATION DISPLAYED ON LCD SCREEN

Note: Refer to section ”LCD screen”.
H: Battery level indicator

  • The current battery level is indicated by the percentage shown and by the number of bars displayed.
    – 0-5%: no bars.
    – 6-20%: one bar.
    – 21-40%: two bars.
    – 41-60%: three bars.
    – 61-80%: four bars.
    – 81% and above: 5 bars.

Note: The value shown can change multiple times as the energy draw from the connected devices changes.
Attention: It is recommended to charge the unit when the battery level is less than 20%.
Note: When you first plug in a power source, whether it’s a solar panel or a wall charger, the unit may take a minute to detect and adjust its charge circuitry before it starts drawing power from the source.
I: Input status

  • The input energy is displayed in watts.

J: DC output status

  • The display will show the output watts of the DC ports (2), (3).

K: AC output status

  • The display will show the output watts of the AC port (6).

Other information

  • The output watts of the USB port will not be displayed on the LCD screen (1).
  • The LCD screen (1) will enter sleep mode after 120 seconds of inactivity (no new output load detected), and will “wake up” when inputting a charging cord or when any button is pressed.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Attention:

  • Do not connect a device via AC output port while charging the unit.
  • Make sure to fully charge the unit before using it.

Charging the unit

  • Connect the provided AC wall power adapter to the input (8), and allow the unit to fully charge prior to use (approx. 5-7 hours).
  • When charging, the LCD screen (1) will be illuminated, and the battery level will be displayed by the battery level indicator (H).
  • The unit is fully charged when the battery level is 100%. It is recommended to fully charge the unit every 3 months to maintain the health of the battery.

Powering / charging devices with the unit

  • Select the type of outlet required by pressing the output ON/OFF button C/D/E.
  • The output port will not function until the appropriate button is pressed to activate the port. When activated, the indicator on the button will illuminate green, indicating that the output(s) are active, and the LCD display will turn on and provide details on the charging output.
  • The LCD screen will automatically shut down when no outputs are activated.

Pass-through charging

  • The unit is capable of charging a connected device via DC output & USB output while it is being charged.

Overloading

  • If an output port is overloaded, the unit will:
    – Automatically turn off AC Output (6) power.
    – The blue indicator light of the LCD screen (1) will remain illuminated.
    – The status of the DC output (J) will remain unchanged.

MAINTENANCE

  • Recharge as needed.
  • Avoid completely discharging the unit on a regular basis, as this can impact the overall life of the product.
  • Regularly inspect all ports and the wall charger for any debris, dirt, damage and corrosion.
  • Do not attempt to repair the unit by yourself if it is damaged in any way.
  • Do not cover the unit with towels, clothing or other items.
  • Keep the side vents clean and unobstructed at all times.

CLEANING

  • Make sure that the unit is disconnected from all input power sources and output devices.
  • Use a clean, dry, soft, lint-free cloth to wipe the unit clean.
  • Remove any debris, dirt, or other blockages on both side vents. When cleaning debris from the side vents, do not allow the debris, dirt, or other blockages to enter the body of the unit.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Do not use compressed air to clean the side cooling vents, as this will force foreign particles into the internal circuitry.

Warning: To avoid the risk of electrical shock, do not use metal objects to clean the ports.

STORAGE

  • If storing for more than 1 month, charge the unit completely before storage and recharge approximately every 3 months to avoid full discharge and possible damage.
  • Store indoors, in cool temperatures, mild humidity, and away from direct sunlight.
  • Exposing the unit to high temperatures can lead to decreased service life, overheating, and fire.
  • Exposing the unit to extreme cold conditions can also harm the unit’s performance and service life.
  • Keep the unit away from corrosive chemicals and gases.
  • After taking the unit out of storage, visually inspect it to make sure that it and all accessories are undamaged. Ensure that the intake and exhaust side vents are free of debris.
  • Allow the unit to return to ambient temperature conditions before recharging, or charging other devices.

TRANSPORTATION

  • The unit complies with all legal requirements for transport of dangerous goods.
  • The capacity of the lithium battery exceeds 100Wh.
  • Based on international standards, if the unit is transported by airplane, it must be transported in accordance with IATA standard packaging. IATA instructions and labelling requirements and the relevant declarations must be completed.

TROUBLESHOOTING

The unit will not charge or operate connected devices:

  • Ensure that the DC/USB/AC output ports are activated by pressing the button(s) A & C/D/E for the port(s) in use.
  • Confirm that the connected device is suitable for the unit by checking the output specifications provided in the ”technical data” section.
  • Confirm that the unit is charged by checking the battery level indicator (H).
  • Check whether the unit has been overloaded by looking at the watt data displayed on the status indicator I/J/K of the LCD screen.

The device cannot be charged:

  • Confirm that the wall plug power adapter’s cord is inserted fully into the DC input.
  • Confirm that the AC wall plug power adapter that is used is the one included in the packaging.
  • If the device cannot be charged immediately after it is discharged, wait for an hour and try again.

ENVIRONMENTAL DISPOSAL

In order to avoid damages on transportation, the tool has to be delivered in solid packaging. Packaging as well as the unit and accessories are made of recyclable materials and can be disposed accordingly. The tool’s plastics components are marked according to their material, which makes it possible to remove environmental friendly and differentiated because of available collection facilities.

**** Do not dispose of electric tools together with household waste material!
In observance of European Directive 2002/96/EC on waste electrical and electronic equipment and its implementation in accordance with national law, electric tools that have reached the end of their life must be collected separately and returned to an  environmentally compatible recycling facility.

WARRANTY
This power tool is a quality product. It was designed in compliance with current technical standards and made carefully using normal, good quality materials.
The warranty period is 24 months for non-professional use, 12 months for professional use and commences on the date of purchase, which can be verified by the receipt, invoice or delivery note. During this warranty period all functional errors, which, despite the careful treatment described in our operating manual, are verifiably due to material flaws, will be rectified by our after-sales service staff. The warranty takes the form that defective parts will be repaired or replaced with perfect parts free of charge at our discretion.
Replaced parts will become our property. Repair work or the replacement of individual parts will not extend the warranty period nor will it result in a new warranty period being commenced for the appliance. No separate warranty period will commence for spare parts that may be ted. We cannot offer a warranty for damage and defects on appliances or their parts caused by the use of excessive force, improper treatment and servicing. This also applies for failures to comply with the operating manual and the installation or spare and accessory parts that are not included in our range of products. In the event of interference with of modifications to the appliance by unauthorized persons, the warranty will be rendered void. Damages that are attributable to improper handling, over loading, or natural wear and tear are excluded from the guarantee. Damages caused by the manufacturer or by a material defect will be corrected at no charge by repair or by providing spare parts. The prerequisite is that the equipment is handed over assembled, and complete with the proof of sale and guarantee. For a guarantee claim, only use the original packaging. That way, we can guarantee quick and smooth guarantee processing. Please send us the appliances post-paid or request a Freeway sti cker. Unfortunately we will be unable to accept appliances that are not postpaid. The warranty does not cover parts that are subject to natural wear and tear.
