Assembly Instructions
This treadmill is pre-assembled at the factory, with only minor adjustments
needed for operation. It is almost ready for action — out of the box!
3.1 Unboxing & Inspection
You need a second person to help lift the treadmill out of the carton. Place
all the contents nearly on a flat surface, checking against the Packing List &
Tools Package List ensuring there are no missing items.
3.2 Frame Setup (Folding & Unfolding)
Release the locking lever by turning it clockwise (see Figure 1). Lift the
Frame until fully upright and secure by tightening the locking lever
counterclockwise (see Figure 2).
3.2.1 Locking Lever Adjustment (Optional)
The lever is pre-set for optimal tightness. However, user can adjust the
locking lever tightness if necessary. The specific steps are explained in the
following:
a. Remove the soft round plug at the lower end of the left side of the
handrail frame.
b. Insert the hexagonal end of the socket wrench from the Tools Package into
the hole at the bottom of the left side of the Frame to fit with the hexagonal
nut. Turn clockwise for tightening and counter clockwise for loosening.
c. Replace the soft round plug after adjustments.
3.3 Removing Locking Pins
These 2 Locking Pins are pre inserted in the Moving/Incline Wheels during
packing. They should ONLY be used during transportation, wheeling the
treadmill around and wall leaning stowage. Before using the treadmill, please
REMOVE these 2 Locking Pins.
3.4 Stabilizing the Base
There are 4 adjustable rubber feet at the bottom of the machine, each of which
can be adjusted accordingly to achieve stability when using the treadmill.
3.5 Safety Key in Place
Put the Safety Key in the position as shown in the picture and press the Start
/Stop button to activate the display. The treadmill will only work if the
magnetic Safety Key is placed on the yellow oval part below the display
window.
Warning: Only switch on the power, after confirming that all the
installation steps have been completed according to the instruction manual
without any omission of the procedures.
3.6 Installing/Removing the Treadmill Desk
Installing the desk
For basic running or walking, the treadmill is ready for use following the
initial setup steps. For the office function, swivel out both handles
completely from under the console as in Figure 3.
To attach the desk, squeeze the red release lock under the desk and insert
both handles carefully through the guides under the desk until it clicks into
position as in Figures 4-6.
Removing the desk
To detach the desk, first power off the treadmill. Then press the red release
lock located underneath the desk and gently slide the desk out as demonstrated
in Figure 7 (view from under the desk).
3.7 Desk Height Adjustment
The factory setting of the desk height is at the lowest level. There are 6
levels indicated on either side of the Frame as in Figure 8 & 9.
When adjusting the desk height, first loosen the adjustment clips on both
sides of the frame as shown in Figure 10. Then raise the upper frame evenly on
both sides to get to the desired height.
Ensure the desk is horizontally level and then tighten the adjustment clips.
Be careful not to catch your fingers when you are adjusting the desk height
and when swivelling the handles in and out (preferably using the palms of your
hands as shown in Figure 11).
3.8 Incline Adjustment
For a more challenging workout, you can increase your level of incline for an
uphill experience. To adjust for a higher incline, lift the treadmill under
the motor cover with one hand and with the other hand swivel the
Moving/Incline Wheel back completely as shown in the picture. Repeat this for
the other Incline Wheel. Re adjust rubber feet if necessary to ensure
stability throughout.
IMPORTANT: Locking pins are NOT required for incline adjustments.
Remember that locking pins are ONLY to be used during treadmill
transportation, moving the treadmill around at home and for wall leaning
stowage.
3.9 Stand Upright Against the Wall
In addition to stowing under a sofa or bed, you can stow away this treadmill
by leaning it against a wall after use. Locate the Wall Leaning Supports at
the top of the motor cover and gently pull them up completely as in Figure 12.
Ensure the Moving/ Incline Wheels are at the low setting and the locking pins are securely in place as in Figure 15. Lift the treadmill up against the wall slowly until the Wall Leaning Supports are evenly on the floor at about 2.5 inches from the wall. The is the vertical stowage position and the top part of the treadmill should now be just touching the wall as in Figure 16. The desk can then be hung from the rubber feet as shown in the Figure 17.
‘Warning: Although the treadmill is designed for wall leaning stowage, it
is advisable to keep children and pets away from it.

Routine Maintenance
Warning: Always ensure the power plug of the treadmill is disconnected
before cleaning, servicing, or maintaining the machine.
6.1 Regular Cleaning of Treadmill
Consistent cleaning prolongs the electric treadmill’s lifespan.
- Dust Removal: Regularly remove dust to ensure all parts remain clean.
- Running Belt: Clean the exposed areas of the running belt on both sides to reduce dirt accumulation. Only use clean apparel & footwear on the treadmill,
- Cleaning Method: Wipe the belt with a damp cloth and soap. Be cautious not to wet the electrical components.
- Motor Unit: Annually clean the motor unit. Always disconnect the power plug before opening the motor cover.
6.2 Running Belt Alignment and Tightness
The alignment & tightness of the running belt is factory pre-set but may
require adjustments over time with regular use to maintain optimal
performance.
Running belt alignment (belt drifting to left/right)
- Put clectric treadmill flat on the ground and tum the power off.
- If the belt drifis to the left: Tum the left adjusting bolt 12 tum clockwise and the right adjusting bolt 12 turn counter-clockwise (Picture A). Turn on the treadmill and let it run at a low speed, say 2 mph for 2 minutes.
- If the belt drifts to the right: Do the opposite (Picture B). * Adjust as necessary to keep the belt centered.
Running belt tightness/tension adjustment
After a period of time, the running belt will loosen due to general operation
of the moving parts. Here are some adjustment steps to take for the continued
safe use of the treadmill. So how do you know when to make these running belt
adjustments?
- Belt slippage: during use, you may feel the occasional skidding pause which is a sign the running belt may be loosening. To confirm this is the case, move on to the next step.
- Run the treadmill at a speed of 0.6-1mph and with both hands on the handlebars, put one foot on the belt and apply some weight on it.
- Ifthis doesn’t stop the running belt, the tightness is appropriate.
- If the running belt stops and the motor and front roller : are still running, it indicates that the running belt is loose, and adjustments must be made.
- To adjust the tightness of the running belt, turn both the adjustment bolts in a 1/2 turn clockwise manner as pictured here. Repeat if necessary.
6.3 Lubricating Running Belt & Additional Safeguards
This electric treadmill’s running board & belt have been pre lubricated at the
factory. Friction between the running belt and running board has a great
influence on the life and performance of the treadmill, therefore regular
application of the lubricant is recommended.
-
Lubrication frequency:
Light user <3 hours a week – once every 10 months
Frequent user> 7 hours a week – once every 5 months -
Lubrication application:
Step 1: Lift up the treadmill belt.
Step 2: Open the silicone oil bottle, squeeze the silicone oil on the side of
running board as a shown in the picture here. 6.4 Treadmill Maintenance
Recommendation
For optimal maintenance and to prolong your treadmill’s lifespan, it advised
to power off the treadmill after every hour of use. Allow the machine a
10-minute rest period before resuming activity.
For Video Instructions: Scan the QR code at the end of the manual.
Continue to tweak this until the belt stays in the middle.
