Please be aware that due to the specific way of packing, the pillow may need up to 24 hours to fully retrieve its original shape. To expedite this process, follow these steps:
- Unbox the product immediately.
- Unfold the product and lay it flat.
- Ensure the room is warm with proper air circulation.
The cushion will adapt to your body within a few days. It may feel firm initially but will soften once it absorbs heat from your body.
How to Use
Place the cushion with the U-cut side towards the back of the chair. Ensure Side A is at the front and Side B is at the back as shown in the picture.
How to Clean
- Open the cushion bottom zipper.
- Take the pad out of the cover.
- Fold the pad to remove the cover more easily if there is any resistance.
- CAUTION: Never wash or dry the memory foam pad! Dry the cover flat or hang it up.
Washing Instructions
- Do not dry-clean
- Do not bleach
- Hand wash or Machine wash in cold water
- Line or Flat-dry
- Do not iron
