Product Usage Instructions

How to Sync Camera:
Before Adding a New Camera:

1. Connect the power to both the system and the camera.
2. Ensure that both devices are powered on.
3. Place the NVR system and camera close to each other.
4. (for Button use only) Check the status light on the camera to confirm that it is in Sync mode, indicated by rapid blinking.
5. (for Ethernet use only) Connect the camera to the NVR system using an Ethernet cable.
6. If the status light is not rapidly blinking, try resetting the camera to send it back into Sync mode.

Adding a New Camera :

1. Look for a button at the bottom of the menu bar to add a new camera.
2. Click the continue button to start searching for new cameras.
3. Wait for the NVR to automatically search for cameras for 30 to 40 seconds.
4. Once the search is complete, your camera should appear in an empty channel in the table on the right side of the interface.
5. If the camera is successfully connected, click the continue button to proceed.
6. Check the live view for the newly-added camera to confirm proper connection.
7. (for Button use only) If you have issues with the live view, try resetting the camera to send it back into Sync mode, then initiate the search process again.
8. Once confirmed that the camera is working correctly, click the continue button to finish adding it to your system

Tip: If there is no empty channel available, delete an old or defective camera from the channel table before adding a new camera.

Tip – If there is no empty channel available in the channel table for the new camera, you will need to select an old or defective camera from the channel table and delete it before adding the new camera.
