  12. Keep hands and utensils out of the container while blending to reduce the risk of severe injury to persons or damage to the blender. A scraper may be used but must be used only when the blender is not running.
  13. The appliance cannot be used for blending hard and dry substances, otherwise the blade may become blunted.
  14. To reduce the risk of injury, never place the cutting blade on base without first putting bowl properly in place.
  15. Be sure the chopper lid is securely locked in place before operating the appliance.
  16. The use of accessories not recommended by the manufacturer may cause injury.
  17. Do not operate the appliance for other than its intended use.

HOW TO USE GUIDE

BEFORE FIRST USE:

Before the first use, clean the blender according to the section of “quick cleaning”. The time running unit without load can’t exceed 15 seconds.
Important: Blades are very sharp, and handle with care. Ensure that the hand-held blender is unplugged from the power outlet before assembling or removing attachments.

BLENDER INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Max operation duration per time cannot exceed 1 minute, and 3-minute rest time must be maintained at two consecutive cycles.
  2. To assemble the detachable shaft with the motor unit, turn the shaft anti-clockwise direction until tightened. To disassemble, just turn in the adverse direction.
  3. Plug the hand-held blender to a power outlet.
  4. Lower the hand-held blender into food. Then press and hold the low-speed button to start operating. At the same time, you can select the desired speed setting by turning the speed control dial, the speed will be higher gradually when you turn the speed control dial from right to left.
  5. Blending Method Example: Recipe 1 – (Blending Strawberries) Place 280g of Strawberries and 420ml of Water into a measuring cup, activate the mixture with a blending rod, running at blending speed and press down the burst button for 60 seconds, until the mixture is at desired consistency.
  6. Alternatively you can start operating by pressing and hold the high-speed button (turbo button), the appliance will operate at the highest speed all the time. The speed will not change even if you turn the speed control dial.
  7. Stop the hand-held blender by releasing the low-speed button or high-speed button.

  6. You also can start operating by pressing and hold the high-speed button (turbo button), the appliance will operate at the highest speed all the time. The speed will not change even if you turn the speed control dial.
  7. To stop the hand-held blender by releasing the low-speed button or high-speed button of the motor unit.

CLEANING & CARE

  1. Unplug the appliance and remove the detachable blending rod.
    NOTE: Do not immerse the detachable blending rod of the blender in water because overtime the lubrication on the bearings may be washed away.

  2. Small jar and bowl which cannot be used to store food for a long time.

  3. Wash the detachable blending rod under running water, without the use of abrasive cleaner or detergents. After finishing cleaning, the detachable blending rod, place it upright so that any water which may have got in, can drain out.

  4. Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Never immerse it in water for cleaning as an electric shock may occur.

  5. Dry thoroughly.

CAUTION: Blades are very sharp, and handle with care.

QUICK CLEANING

Between processing tasks, hold the hand blender in a cup half filled with water and turn on the appliance to make it run for a few seconds.
