- This appliance is intended for household use only.
- WARNING Electrical Shock Hazard: This appliance is provided with a polarized plug (one wide blade) to reduce the risk of electric shock. The plug fits only one way into a polarized outlet. BEFORE FIRST USE: Wash bowl and attachments in warm, sudsy water; rinse and dry. Always unplug the mixer from the electrical outlet before inserting or removing attachments.

How to Use
- Make sure Mixer is unplugged and turned to OFF ( ).
- Following diagrams on bottom of Mixer, insert Beaters, Whisk, or Dough Hooks into proper openings on bottom of Mixer. Push and click into place.
- Plug into outlet.
- Add ingredients to bowl and beat according to recipe or package directions.
- Move Speed Control to desired speed. Start at 1 and increase speed as needed.
- When finished, turn Speed Control to OFF ( ) and unplug Mixer.
- Push Speed Control to eject attachments.
Additional Features
QuickBurst™
- Press and hold down the QuickBurst button for additional power at any speed.
- NOTE: Do not use QuickBurst for more than 2 minutes at a time or motor may overheat.
Bowl Rest™
- Use the Bowl Rest while adding ingredients or checking a recipe.
- To use, turn Speed Control to OFF ( ); then set Mixer on the edge of the bowl.
- Never use Bowl Rest when Mixer is on.
- Do not use Bowl Rest on small or plastic mixing bowls.
General Mixing Guide
The following mixing guide is a suggestion for selecting mixing speeds for 6-speed mixers. Begin on speed 1 and increase to desired speed depending on the recipe consistency.

Cookie Dough Mixing Guide
- Use a large mixing bowl so that the ingredients spread out for easier mixing.
- Butter and margarine should be cold, but soft enough to hold an indent when pressed with fingers.
- Add flour 1 cup (237 ml) at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
Care and Cleaning
WARNING
Electrical Shock Hazard. Disconnect power before cleaning. Do not immerse mixer, cord, or plug in any liquid.

Wash attachments in hot, soapy water. Rinse and dry. Or, wash in dishwasher, top rack only. DO NOT use “SANI” setting when washing in dishwasher. “SANI” cycle temperatures could damage your product.

Wipe Mixer and Snap-on Case with a damp cloth or sponge and dry.
Storage
Store attachments and cord in Case.
Limited Warranty
This warranty applies to products purchased and used in the U.S. and Canada. This is the only express warranty for this product and is instead of any other warranty or condition.
This product is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for five (5) years from the date of original purchase in Canada and one (1) year from the date of original purchase in the U.S. During this period, your exclusive remedy is the replacement of this product or any component found to be defective, at our option; however, you are responsible for all costs associated with our returning a product or component under this warranty to you. If the product or component is unavailable, we will replace it with a similar one of equal or greater value.
This warranty does not cover glass, filters, wear from normal use, use not in conformity with the printed directions, or damage to the product resulting from accident, alteration, abuse, or misuse. This warranty extends only to the original consumer purchaser or gift recipient. Keep the original sales receipt, as proof of purchase is required to make a warranty claim. This warranty is void if the product is used for other than single-family household use or subjected to any voltage and waveform other than as specified on the rating label (e.g., 120 V ~ 60 Hz).
