Please read these instructions carefully before use and retain for future reference.

- Turn the power off all source and destination equipment before making the connections.
OVERVIEW
- IRHDMIKIT is a simple and effective kit that allows you to send IR signals to remote devices over existing HDMI cabling.
- Easily maintain control over source devices via the original IR remote control.
- Ideal for installations where devices are out of sight or IR range.
WHAT’S IN THE BOX
- 2 x HDMI repeater cables with IR break out.
- 1 x 3m twin IR emitter cable.
- 1 x 1.5m IR receiver cable.
- User Manual.
INSTALLATION
- Connect the male HDMI plug on the repeater cable to the HDMI output from the source device.
- Connect the IR emitter to the red break out socket on the repeater cable.
- Locate the sensor close to the source equipment IR receiver.
- Connect the main HDMI connection lead to the female socket on the repeater cable.
- Connect the male HDMI plug on the repeater cable to the HDMI input on the destination device.
- Connect the IR receiver to the red break out socket on the repeater cable.
- Locate the IR sensor so it is in line of sight to the remote control to be used.
- Connect the main HDMI connection lead to the female socket on the repeater cable.

- Up to 10m IR receiver range

- Bi-directional design, either lead can accept IR receiver
- IR receiver cable length : 1.5m

- Bi-directional – both repeater cables are identical and can be used at either end of the equipment link
