PRODUCT OVERVIEW

The ICE-Cooling care hair removal device (hereinafter referred to as the hair removal device) is a beauty product featuring hair removal, skin rejuvenation and ice-cold com-press. With Home pulsed light technology, the hair removal device integrates many optical technologies applicable to the field of beauty and health, which one of the professional and practical products in this field. Based on the ice-cool technology, the hair removal device is equipped with ice-cold compress function. It can effectively prevent burns and aches on the skin, thus giving appropriate care to your skin.

Applicable Skin Color
The use for black skin is prohibited. Other skins are applicable. For brown skin it is recommended that the lowest level be used first. Adjust to a higher level based on pains on the skin.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

Contraindications

1. Children and elders;
2. People with systemic inflammation;
3. Photosensitive skin and people using photosensitive drugs;
4. People using a life support unit such as an implanted medical electronic machine (e.g. a heart pacemaker) and an artificial heart-lung. The product may result in incorrect operations of the electronic medical equipment.

Safety Warnings

1. It is forbidden to disassemble the hair removal device without permission given the high voltage inside the product.
2. Never cover the ventilation port when using the product, which is used for heat radiation and temperature reduction of the product.
3. The product shall be kept away from moisture and water.
4. Do not use the product in case of damages to plug or the power cord.
5. It is forbidden to operate the instrument in a flammable and explosive environment.

Precautions

1. The product is not recommended for women while pregnant or trying to get pregnant or nursing since this product have not tested among these women group.
2. The instrument shall not be used continuously for more than 25 minutes. If the treatment area is relatively large, it can be divided into several times. Be sure to power off the product and unplug the power after 25 minutes of use. Continue to use after 10 minutes.
3. The use of the product is not recommended after sunbath, when a sunbed is used, or when a sunless tanner is used.
4. Do not use the instrument for positions with tattoo, or positions with dark gray or black spots. Otherwise, the skin may be uncomfortable due to absorption of a large amount of light energy.
5. Its forbidden to use the product for the ears, neck, nipples, genitalia, or positions around the anus, because these positions are sensitive and susceptible to injury.
6. Irradiating during each treatment at the same area shall not be more that 3 times to prevent causing uncomfortable-ness to the skin due to excessive heat.
7. Suspend the use of the product if the skin becomes red and swollen and the condition persists for a minimum 24 hours. In this case, contact a doctor.

Specification for Safety Operations

1. It is forbidden to aim the lamp at vulnerable parts such as the eye. Wear goggles whenever possible. Do not observe the lamp even if you are wearing goggles.
2. Make sure that all metal materials, such as finger rings and bracelets, are removed from your body before using the product. Otherwise, the remover may fail.

INTRODUCTION OF DISPLAY SCREEN
Display Screen after Turning On:

DESCRIPTION OF WORK MODE SWITCH

1. Turn on the instrument according to the “Operation steps”, the work mode will be displayed at the bottom line in the display screen. Short press the “Work Mode Switch Button” to switch.
2. Snowflake: It represents that the ice-cool care mode is started.
   SR represents: it is in the skin rejuvenation mode. SR is not displayed: it represents that it is in the hair removal mode. Details are as follows:

Important notes

1. After the ice-cool care mode has been working for a period of time, it can not be directly changed onto the non–ice-cool mode to prevent burning your skin. If you want to change it to the non-ice-cool mode, you must turn off the device and wait for 20 minutes to dissipate heat, and then turn on the device to adjust it to the non-ice-cool mode.
2. After the ice-cool care mode is turned off, the heat will be transferred to the ice-cold compress panel. At this time, keep your skin away from the ice-cold compress panel. Turn the product off, and wait for 20 minutes to dissipate heat.

ICE-COOL CARE MODE

1. When the hair removal device is in the manual light emission mode (the default mode after starting up). Under the following two work modes: you can carry out ice-cold compress care without pressing the shot light button.
2. Attach the ice-cold compress panel vertically and closely against your skin, and start the ice-cold compress care.

Special Notes
In the process of ice-cold compress care, it is necessary to press the “Level adjustment” once within 5 minutes to keep the hair removal device running. Otherwise, it will automatically shut down. In this case, just hold the “On button” down. In this case, just hold the “On button” down for 2 seconds to start it up.

Before First Use
Please determine which energy level is suitable to your skin and on the which area you want to remove hair. The hair removal device is provided with 5 energy levels: level 1 (lowest) to level 5 (highest).

SKIN SENSITY TEST

If you use the hair removal devise for the first time or use it on a new position for the first time. Please select a small position to be cared, and carry out skin sensitivity test on it according to the following requirements:

1. Turn on the hair removal device according to the “Operation steps”.
2. Select the lower level (level 1 or level 2).
3. Carry out the test on the selected skin area according to above mentioned operation guides and precautions for use.
4. Inspect reaction of tested skin at least 30 minutes after skin test.
5. If the skin on the tested skin at least 30 minutes after skin test.
6. If the skin on the tested position is normal, you can continue to use the cosmetic instrument. If the skin is red and swollen, please re-test it after 24 hours.

OPERATION STEPS

1. Before use, please shave all hairs around the treatment area, clear up and wipe up first to ensure that hair follicle underneath the skin can absorb energy to the maximum extent possible, so as to achieve the best treatment effect.

2. Put the plug at the adaptor tail into power interface of the hair removal device.

3. Connect the adapter with the power socket, display status is “OFF”.

4. Long press the “On Button” for 2 seconds to start the hair removal device and enter the hair removal and ice-cool care mode by default. Confirm current working status ac-cording above mentioned “Introduction of Display Screen” and “description of work mode switch”. Short press the “Work Mode Switch Button” to adjust current work mode.

5. The hair removal device is provided with 1-5 levels. The default level after starting-up is level 1. Short press the “Level Adjustment Button” to adjust levels. Please start to use it from the lowest level. If you feel comfortable, please gradually adjust to the higher level, and adjust it to corresponding level according to your own skin adaptability.

6. Wear the safety goggles specially provided for the product (or ordinary sunglasses) to avoid damage on your eyes.

7. Setting of manual light emission and auto light emission
   Manual light emission
   The default mode is manual light emission mode after the hair removal device is turned on. Press the shot light button one time, light is emitted one time.
   Auto light emission
   After the hair removal device is turned on, long press the shot light button for 2 seconds, the device will continuously send out “Tick, Tick, Tick, Tick” prompt tone by twice, and then is switched to the auto light emission mode. You only need to put the lamp against your skin, the device will automatically emit light.
   Note
   When the hair removal device is in the auto light emission mode, the lamp cannot touch the position that is not needed to be treated, and cannot be touched by other persons.
   Switch manual light emission setting. When it is in the auto light emission mode, long press the shot light button for 2 seconds, the hair removal device will send out “Tick, Tick” prompt tone one time, and then is switched to the manual light emission mode.

8. Put the lamp close to the position to be treated, and try to let the lamp at right angle to the skin:

9. When the hair removal device is in the manual light emission mode, the readiness indicators flashes, press down the shot light button to irradiate. Let the lamp to cover the area needed to be treated to complete hair removal. Move the lamp to the next area needed to be treated, and close it to the skin. When the readiness indicators flashes, press down the shot light button to irradiate. Repeat these steps repeatedly. It is suggested to irradiate each area 2-3 times, not more than 3 times.

10. When the hair removal device is in the auto light emission mode, light will be emitted without pressing the shot light button. The lamp covers the area needed to be treated to complete hair removal. Move the lamp to the next area needed to be treated, and close it to the skin. The hair removal device emits light. It is suggested to irradiate each area 2-3 times, not more than 3 times.

11. After operation is completed, long press the OFF Button for 2 seconds to turn off the hair removal device. When the hair removal device is in the ON state, it will automatically turn off if no operation is carried out within 5 minutes.

12. Pull out the adaptor plug, and then take out the adaptor from the power socket.

13. Use a non-alcoholic wet tissue or soft tissue to wipe the light outlet lamp when the surface of lamp is cooled down after 20 minutes.

14. After cleaning is completed, put the hair removal device and adapt back to the packing box. Put the hair removal device in a dry and well-ventilated place, which should be kept out of reach of children.

15. Skin care after the procedure
    After 20 minutes since completion of operation, clean the treated skin, and you can use the moisturizing skin-care products to moisturize and repair the treated skin. If you feel uncomfortable, apply cold to the skin for 30-60 minutes till the skin no longer feel the pain of burning.

Note

• Apply the aloe vera gel or similar moisturizer to the area after treatment. Do not apply the irritating cosmetics immediately.
• Before operation, make sure that the area to be treated is clean. It is suggested to use cold boiled water to clean the skin.
• The treated skin cannot touch water within 2 hours after operation. Do not have a sun bath, warm water bath, steam bath, etc. within 48 hours after operation.
• Try not to expose the treated position to strong sunlight within 2 hours after treatment. You should wear sunscreen before outdoor activities. It is suggested to carry out the operation at night.
• Do not swim in the sterilized swimming pool within 48 hours after treatment.

COURSE OF TREATMENT

First month| Use it once every 3-5 days| The appearance of hairs or skin will not change obviously. Please be patient. The result is absolutely to be expected.

Second month| Use it once every week| The hairs begin to be thinned and softened gradually. You will find that some black hair follicles fall off when you take a bath.
Third month| Use it once every 15 days| You can see that new hairs are basically suppressed, and will not grow again. New hairs can be pulled out gently. Only a few hairs grow out.
Fourth month| Use it once every 30 days| Hairs do not grow nearly. Permanent hair removal is achieved. You have perfect skin.

Operation Method of Skin rejuvenation function

1. After start-up, short press the Work Mode Switch Button to adjust it to the skin rejuvenation work mode.
2. Press the level adjustment button to adjust it to level 1, and then align the lamp with the area requiring skin rejuvenation for irradiation. It is suggested to irradiate each area for one time, and carry out operation 1-2 times every week. Insist on operation for 2-3 months, you can see obvious effect.

Suggestion on Operation Interval of Functions
Each position can only receive photon irradiation for one function in one day. If the same position requires irradiation for the other function, operation should be conducted on the next day.

Adverse Reactions and Treatment
All beauty treatment ways may have a certain risks. Similarly, if the hair removal device is not used properly, it may cause side effects. Side effects that may occur and suggested treatment ways are as follows:

Pain| Each person has different sense of pain due to different constitution. It is rare to feel uncomfortable. If you have slight burning sensation, which may last 1 minute at the most. Most adults and older children can bear this kind of discomfort.

Minor red- ness or slight burning sensation| It is normal. It is because that hair removal has not been done or hairs have not removed completely before using the cosmetic instrument.
Hair burnt smell| It is normal. It is because that hair removal has not been done or hairs have not removed completely before using the hair remover.

TROUBLESHOOTING

When starting, be sure to hold the On button for at least 2 seconds.
The light is not emitted when the shot light button is pressed|

1. The lamp does not touch the skin.
2. Electric power storage has not been completed. The readiness indicators is not flashing.

1. Re-touch the skin.
2. Wait until the readiness indicators has flashed, and then press the button.

Automatic shutdown| The device is shut down automatically if no light is emitted within 5 minutes| Hold the On button for 2 seconds to start up the device.
