Before first use
It is compulsory that you read and follow all the instructions in this manual,
even if you feel you are experienced and familiar with the product.
These instructions, a copy of the purchase invoice and the original product
identification labels on the product must be kept by the end user to
facilitate support and warranty claims, should they be required.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
- Use this appliance only as described in this manual. Any other use is not recommended by the manufacturer, will void the warranty and may cause damage, fire, electric shock or injury.
- Only use this product at the stated voltage on the product identification label.
- Do not connect the appliance to the mains voltage until completely assembled.
- Always operate upright.
- Do not operate with a coiled power lead as a build up of heat is likely, which could be sufficient to become a hazard. The use of an extension cord with this appliance is not recommended.
- This appliance is intended for use in indoor domestic homes and offices or similar onlyDo not use outside.
- Adhere to the spacing and clearance requirements set out in these instructions.
- Do not cover or restrict airflow to the inlet or exhaust grilles in any manner as the appliance may overheat and become a fire risk.
- Do not place the appliance close to another heat source or cold temperature influence as this can prevent the correct operation of the heater.
- This product is NOT suitable for use on long pile carpets or rugs that could restrict air flow.
- This appliance heats up when in use and must not be touched, moved or stored until it has cooled down.
- Do not use the appliance to dry clothes.
- Do not insert any foreign object into any opening as this may cause an electric shock, fire or damage to the appliance.
- Do not operate the appliance when there is a risk of it coming into contact with water.
- Do not operate the appliance if it is damaged in any way. Seek advice from a competent and qualified electrical professional. If the product is damaged it must be fixed by a competent, qualified electrical professional.
- The most common cause of overheating is deposits of dust inside the appliance. Ensure these deposits are removed regularly by unplugging the appliance and vacuum cleaning air vents and grilles.
- Always remove plug from the mains supply before cleaning or maintenance. Do not use abrasive cleaning products on this appliance. Clean with a damp cloth (not wet) rinsed in hot soapy water only.
- Do not remove plug from the power socket until the appliance has been switched off.
- Do not allow the power cord to come into contact with the heated surfaces during operation.
- Do not run the power cord under carpet, rugs or runners etc as this can cause overheating and damage to the cable.
- Ensure the power cord does not cause a trip hazard.
- Do not twist, kink or wrap the cord around the appliance as this may cause the insulation to weaken and split.
- This appliance is not intended for use by young children or vulnerable people without competent supervision.
- Children and vulnerable people must be supervised at all times to ensure they do not touch the appliance.
- Do not modify the product in any way.
Doing so will render the warranty void and modifications are undertaken at your own risk.

Installation
Whether you decide to mount your Glass Panel Heater to the wall or attach the provided aluminium feet, here‘s how to install it.

Wall Mounting Installation
Using the wall mounting dimensions and a spirit or laser level, measure and mark the L1 size for your specific Glass Panel Heater on the wall. This varies depending on your heater size.
Drill the holes into the wall and drive the first fixing screw in place. Leave approximately 5mm of thread visible. Do this for both fixing holes.
Locate the brackets over the fixing screws and lock the heater into place.
Your heater is now securely fixed and ready to turn on.
Plug the heater in and turn on the power.
Now, turn the heater on using the switch located on the right hand side.
Important
Make sure to use suitable fixings for your wall type and ensure the wall can
support the weight of your heater.
Freestanding Installation
Using a crosshead screwdriver, fit the 2 aluminium feet into position.
Ensure the feet are fully secure and then stand your panel heater up.
Plug the heater in and turn on the power.
Now, turn the heater on using the switch located on the right hand side.
Your Glass Panel Heater is now on and ready to heat!

Turn on/off
- To turn on or off press the symbol on the display.
Standby Mode
- Press the symbol, the temperature display will fade and your Glass Panel Heater will go into standby mode and only the power symbol will show.
Child Lock
- When your heater is on, press and hold both the and button at the same time for 3 seconds to lock theheater.
- ‘[ ]‘ will display, highlighting the Glass Panel Heater is locked.
- To unlock: Press and hold and buttons again for 3 seconds or turn the heater off and on again.
Switching from °C to °F
- Press and hold the and button together for 10 seconds. The temperature display will change accordingly.
- To change back to °C or °F, simply repeat step 1.
Eco Mode
If you don‘t want to see the room temperature on the display, you can set your
heater to Eco Mode.
- Using the Panel Heater, press and hold and at the same time for 3 seconds and then the display will go blank.
- To make any changes to your heater whilst in Eco Mode, simply press the display area for it to illuminate again.
- To exit Eco Mode, hold down both and at the same time for 3 seconds.
Heating Power Mode
There are 2 power modes, either half or full power The display on the panel
heater will change depending on which mode it‘s in.
We recommend using full power to get your room up to temperature quickly. Once
up to temperature, switch your heater to half power mode to maintain your set
temperature using as little energy as possible whilst maintaining a
comfortable heat.
- Using the panel heater display, press the to select full power and change to half power by pressing .
Setting the temperature
- Press on the display, the temperature display will flash.
- Then, press or to increase or decrease the temperature by 1°C. The set temperature ranges from from 5°C to 45°C.
- Once you‘ve selected your desired set temperature, leave the buttons and the display temperature will revert back to the current room temperature.
- To check or change the set temperature, simply press and your chosen temperature will flash up, before going back to the current room temperature.
- For your Panel Heater to begin heating, press and the heating indicator will appear on the display. Your Glass Panel Heater will begin heating to reach your set temperature.
Setting a timer
By setting a timer, you can delay your heating coming on by 1-24 hours.
- To set a timer press once and you‘ll see your set temperature. Then, press again ‘0‘ will appear indicating no timer is set.
- Press and to adjust how long you want your timer to be on for. You can set a timer from 1-24 hours.
- When you‘ve selected the right amount of hours, leave it and it will return to the main display and the symbol will show on the right hand side of the temperature display.
- When your timer has elapsed, you‘ll hear a short beep and your Glass Panel Heater will begin heating.
- If you want to cancel or change your timer, repeat steps 1-2. Press and bring the timer to 0 if you no longer want the timer on or, you can turn the heater off and back on.
How to use your Glass Panel Heater’s remote
Turn on/off
- Using the remote, press the button
Standby Mode
- On the remote, press and the display will fade and only the power symbol will show.
Eco Mode
If you don‘t always want the temperature to show on the display, you can set
your heater to Eco Mode.
- Press and you‘ll see the display go blank. Press again to exit Eco Mode. The display will light up for any changes you make, before returning back to a blank display.
Setting the temperature
- Press any button on your remote to activate the Glass Panel Heater‘s display.
- Then, press on your remote. Your set temperature will appear on the display and flash.
- Press either or on your remote to increase or decrease the set temperature.
- Once you‘ve chosen your set temperature, leave the buttons on the remote and the display temperature will revert back to the current room temperature.
- To check or change the temperature you want to heat to, simply press and your chosen set temperature will flash, before going back to the current room temperature.
- For your heater to begin heating, press . You‘ll see the symbol appear on screen.
Heating Power Mode

heater will change depending on which mode it‘s in.

- Press once and your set temperature will display. Then, press again and ‘0‘ will appear on your heater indicating no timer is set.
- Press or to adjust how long you want your timer to be on for, you can set a timer from 1-24 hours.
- When you‘ve selected the right amount of hours, leave your remote and the heater will return to the main display with the symbol showing on the right hand side of the temperature display.
- When the timer has elapsed, you‘ll hear a short beep and your Glass Panel Heater will begin heating.
- If you want to change your timer, repeat steps 2-3. To cancel your timer, set your timer to ‘0‘ or, turn your heater switch off and on again.
Setting up the ThermoSphere app
If you want to control your Glass Panel Heater via your phone, you‘ll need the
ThermoSphere app. Follow the instructions below to get set up.
App Installation
Install the ThermoSphere app. Scan the QR code below or search
‘ThermoSphere‘ in your device‘s app store.

When you‘ve downloaded the app, follow the steps to register a new account or log in if you have an existing ThermoSphere account.

To start, press ‘Add Device‘ or if you already have other devices connected press the ‘+‘ at the top right of the screen.

Select ‘Small Home Appliances‘ from the left hand column.

Then select ‘Heater‘ from the options.

Now on the Glass Panel Heater, press and hold the settings button until you hear it beep.

When the WiFi symbol on the heater is flashing, go back to the app and select ‘Confirm indicator rapidly blink‘.

Select your WiFi network. This may happen automatically if you‘re already connected. Once details are entered press ‘Confirm.‘

You will see the app progressing to complete connection, this can take up to 2 minutes.

The WiFi symbol will disappear from the heater upon successful connection and a confirmation message will appear on the app.

You can rename your heater by pressing the pencil icon.

If you‘ve edited the name press ‘Save‘ and then ‘Done‘. You‘ll see your heater‘s control display on the app.
Setting up a heating schedule

Start by pressing ‘Settings‘.

Then select ‘Schedule‘.

Press ‘Add Schedule‘ at the bottom of your screen.

Start by choosing the time you‘d like your heater to come ON by scrolling up or down.

You can apply this heating event to multiple days by pressing repeat and selecting them.

Now, press ‘Save‘ at the top right to confirm your ON times.

To tell your heater when to switch off, press ‘Add Schedule‘.

Press ‘Power‘, change the setting to ‘OFF‘ and press ‘Confirm‘.

Now choose the time you‘d like your heater to turn OFF.

Then press ‘Repeat‘ and select which other days you‘d like this off time to apply to. Press ‘Confirm‘.

When you‘re finished, don‘t forget to press ‘Save‘ to confirm the OFF time.

You can repeat these steps to setup a full schedule for your week.
Warranty terms & conditions
ThermoSphere Glass Panel Heaters come with a 2 year warranty.
ThermoSphere will supply a replacement product where a fault is shown to be
caused by manufacture, materials or workmanship providing the goods have been
installed correctly and according to installation instructions. This guarantee
does not include removal, freight or installation costs.
To make a warranty claim, the customer must provide a purchase invoice or
receipt.
If the product develops a fault within the warranty period due to normal wear
and tear, ThermoSphere at its discretion will recognise whether it‘s a faulty
product or not. If it is impossible or not economical for the manufacturer to
repair the product, the manufacturer will replace the faulty product with a
new unit of the same model or if there is no stock available of the same model
as the product, the manufacturer will replace the product with an available
equivalent product. No responsibility can be taken for altered dimensions and
lining up of existing holes.
Product features and dimensions are subject to change.
Any damage caused by improper use, carelessness or incorrect wiring is not
covered.
ThermoSphere is not responsible for any monetary loss or injuries caused by
improper use or installation of this product.
