CLEANING & CARE

  1. Everyday cleaning. When your cooler gets muddy or grimy, a mixture of mild dish soap and water can do the trick. Rinse with fresh water, then thoroughly wipe the inside dry with a cloth or paper towel. Do not use with a washing machine or dryer.
  2. The Lunchbag Cooler features a thermal insulation function. Its thick insulation can retain coldness or warmth, keeping food stay cold/warm/fresh for hours. However, it does not have heating and cooling functions.
  3. Color fading may occur after long term exposure to UV light. This is normal wear and tear from ordinary use, and will not affect the performance in any way.
  4. Do not put hot and cold items in the insulation bag at the same time.
  5. Do not use dry ice.
  6. After use, please clean the inside of the insulation bag and wipe away any excess water. Wait for the insulation bag to dry completely before storing it.
  7. Keep the inside and outside of the backpack dry during storage. Keep away from fire.
  8. Avoid storing sharp objects such as scissors and various knives.
  9. Avoid direct contact with chemical solvents.
