120 Gallon Arboreal Enclosure

Dubia 120 Gallon Arboreal EnclosureInternal dimensions: 231/4″ x 231/4″ x 471/2″
Weight: 371bs

You must assemble this enclosure on a hard surface, this will not assemble correctly on carpet. When hammering all corners, try to make seams as tight as possible
Step 1:
Remove film from all panels, on both sides, to include the glass door and substrate panel.

There is film on the bottom of the assembled bottom panel. You can either leave it, it is not visible since it is on the bottom. This is to avoid scratching in transit, however, it is hard to get off since it is assembled in the frame.
OR
You can use a box cutter or similar and very carefully cut along the fame. Peel an edge and remove the film this way.

Step 2:
Take (B) Fully Assembled Bottom and 2 (H) Long L Shaped Bars (Back) and hammer into existing corner connectors at the back of the enclosure.

Step 3:
Get 2 (I) Jointed Bars and (G) Short Logo Bar. Lining up the frame here will be important. On the long part of the frame (above the “joint”), picture the glass door opening and closing between this space. The flat metal part is what stops the door, so that needs to be to the back. The logo bar faces the front.

Important Note:
Cable port covers unscrew in two places. Once assembled, they can be turned to remove the “cover” part when adding cables for interior lighting. Please be aware, some species can turn these and possibly escape. If you do not have interior lighting, you can use an aquarium/marine grade silicone to secure it permanently.
Please be aware of cure times based on brand.

Step 9:
Get (F) Assembled Screen Top. There should be a sticker that says “This is the front” but please be aware the the front frame of this should look different. Three sides of the screen frame should have a “slot” where the panels go. The fourth side should not have a slot, but instead, has one flat metal piece and some rubber bumpers. Pay attention to this in case the manufacturer sticker happens to be in the wrong location .
