Explanation

1.Note
The software will update the printer’s firmware.
Depending on the usage environment, firmware update might cause a malfunction of the printer.
Before updating the firmware, please confirm with the printer seller or SI and others if there is no problem to update it.
The updater has the downgrade protection function which prevents the firmware to downgrade to WAM32500 or earlier.

3.Supported Products
[Support Model] – TM-C3500, TM-C3510, TM-C3520

• Refer to “TM-C3500 Series Technical Reference Guide” for how to check the firmware version.
  4.Changes from the Current Version
  [Function change] – The maintenance conditions of the print head when it stops out of home position due to paper jam are changed.
  5.Restrictions
  – The “Print Spooler” service stops while the tool is running; therefore, a printer will not be able to print.
  – It is required to use the following functions in combination with the printer driver Ver.
  2.0.0.0 or later:
  • If you use the “Banding Reduction” mode when printing.
  • If you change the “Paper loading at roll paper cover close” setting to “No paper feed for positioning”.

WAM31200| Changed function| Changed the LCD message in the following languages since the intention in Japanese was not properly expressed:
French, Italian, Portuguese, and Dutch
Bug fix| Corrected spelling in the LCD message. (Dutch)
WAM31300| Changed function| Force reboot the printer approximately 5 times when a fatal error (B2) occurs. If this error occurs over 6 times in a row, the firmware treats it as a fatal error (B2).
WAM31400| New function| Added a function that supports a new impact sensor due to EOL of a current one.
WAM31500| Updated support OS| Added support for the following OSes:
