You must assemble this on a hard surface, this will not assemble correctly on carpet. When hammering all corners, try to make seams as tight as possible
V2 36×18 Inch Deluxe Spacer Hood
Step 1:
Remove film from all panels, on both sides. Including the black acrylic doors.
Step 2:
Get 1 (J) Long L-shaped Bar Single Track, (G) Long Logo Bar, 2 (E) Medium L-
shaped Bar Single Track, and 4 (K) Corner Connectors. Ensure (G) logo is
facing the front and hammer in parts as shown. Tracks should all be facing
upwards, (K) should all have the openings on the floor, as shown in following
photo.
Please double check that all (K) Corner Connectors have the opening facing the
floor. These are not meant to come out once hammered in.
Step 3:
Get 2 (I) Short L-shaped Bars, Double Track. Ensure the double tracks line up
in the front with the double tracks on the long logo bar. Hammer both (I)
parts into the front corner connectors.
V2 models should have stickers that say This is the Front on the double track
bars.
Step 4:
Get 2 (H) Short L-shaped Bars, Single Track. Hammer both (H) parts into the
back corner connectors.
Step 5:
Get (F) Long L-shaped Bar Double Track (sticker says “Top Front”), 1 (J) Long
Lshaped Bar Single Track, 2 (E) Medium L-shaped Bar Single Track, and 4 (K)
Corner Connectors. Ensure (F) sticker is facing the front and hammer in parts
as shown. Tracks should
all be facing upwards, (K) should all have the openings on the floor, as shown
in following photo.
Step 6:
Take 2 (C) 24″ x 10″ Side Panels and place in each side frame slots as shown.
Step 7:
Take (A) Back Panel and slide into back frame slot as shown.
Step 8:
Take assembled top frame, be sure to line up double tracks in front with logo
bar.
All channels in the front should be double channels. Once you are sure, hammer
in all the corner connectors into the frame.
Step 9:
Assemble the door handles onto the (D) Black Acrylic Doors. You will use (L)
Door Handle & Screws, (M) Door Handle White Washers, and (N) Door Handle
Protector, Rubber. The order goes as shown:
-Door Handle Screw (DO NOT over tighten)
-White Washer (small end goes into the hole in the door)
-Door
-Rubber
-Handle
Step 10:
Get your assembled doors. With handles facing out, align one (D) Door (left
door) in the back top track, press up, and place into back bottom track. Take
the second (D) Door (right door) and place into front top track, press up, and
place into front bottom track.
Step 11:
Place (Q) Stacker Pins into the holes in the corners of your enclosure as
shown.
Step 12:
You can now place your Deluxe Spacer Hood on top of your enclosure. Be sure
the (Q) Stacker Pins go into the bottom holes of the spacer hood. The (B)
Support Bars are placed on top if you are stacking another enclosure on top.
If you are not stacking an enclosure they are not necessary.
(P) Locking Pin is optional. It is installed as shown.
