Product Usage Instructions
Setting Up Smart Plug with WOOX Home App:
- Download and install the WOOX Home app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store on your smartphone.
- Turn on Bluetooth and Wi-Fi on your smartphone.
- Allow Bluetooth and location permission for the WOOX Home app.
- Launch the app and create a new account or log in.
- Ensure the indicator light on the Smart Plug is quickly flashing (2 times per second).
- If not flashing, press and hold the pair button for 5 seconds until it starts flashing.
- In the app, tap the “+” icon and select the Scan option to scan the Matter QR Code on the Smart Plug.
- Confirm your Wi-Fi network and password (supports only 2.4GHz Wi-Fi).
- The app will search for the device and register it to your account.
- Enter a name for the device.
Setting Up Smart Plug with Other Smart Home Apps via
Matter:
Smart Plug supports Matter connection. Scan the Matter QR Code with Matter-
supported smart home apps like Google Home or Amazon Alexa. Follow the in-app
instructions to complete the connection.

- WLAN-enabled router: 2.4GHz (Separate band)
Set up Smart Plug to WOOX Home app

Download and install the app “WOOX Home” from Apple App Store or Google Play Store on your smartphone.

Open Bluetooth and Wi-Fi on the smartphone.

Enable Bluetooth and location permission for WOOX Home app, so that the app can find Smart Plug via Bluetooth.

Launch the app “WOOX Home”.

Create a new account or log in to your existing account.

Ensure the indicator light is quick flashing (flashing 2 times per second). If the indicator light isn’t flashing: hold and press the pair button for 5 seconds until the indicator light starts to flash.

Tap “+” and select the “Scan” option. Scan Matter QR Code (a special label on the smart plug).

Confirm the Wi-Fi network and password.
Note: only 2.4GHz Wi-Fi is supported. -
The app will now search for the device and register to your account.

Enter the device name.
Set up Smart Plug to other smart home apps via Matter
Smart Plug supports Matter connection. You can scan the Matter QR Code with a
Matter-supported smart home app, e.g. Google Home or Amazon Alexa. Follow the
in-app instructions to complete the connection.
