Battery life depends on a number of factors, including (but not limited to) ambient temperature, condition & age of battery, charging habits etc.
IP67 rating means that this device can be submerged in a certain water depth.

OPERATION:

Normal Mode:

1. Short press “once” for 2 lumens
2. Short press “twice” for 38 lumens
3. Short press “three times” for 190 lumens
4. Short press “four times” for 200 lumens

Note: Interval between each press should be less than 5 seconds, otherwise it will go to Memory Mode
Quick Flash Mode:
Double press to activate the white LED into quick flash
Memory Mode:
By keeping LED lit for/over 5 seconds, short pressing next time will turn it off. When you press the button again, it wil stay at the same level of lumens as last time Hand-gesture Sensing Mode:
When the white LED keeps It long press the “light icon” button tl the ight s swiched off. Hand-gesture sensing mode is now activitaed. You could wave your hand through the IR detetors to switch onjoft the light. Changing the lumens is st required to press the light icon” button. If the LED is on 365 lumens, your next press wil lead a quitto the hand-gesture sensing mode. Color Light Mode:

1. Short press “once” for weak green LED
2. Short press “twice” for strong green LED
3. Short press “three times” for red LED

Note: Interval between each press should be less than 5 seconds, otherwise it will go to Memory Mode
SOS Mode:
Double press to activate the red LED into quick flash
Memory Mode:
By keeping LED lit for/over 5 seconds, short pressing next time will turn it off. When you press the button again, it wil stay at the same color of LED as last time

HOW TO CHARGE PROPERLY:

When being charging, 2 buttons on top vill fiash siowly in red;
When charging completed, 2 buttons on top willfash slowdy in green

BATTERY LEVEL CHECK:

Note: Ensure that the HALOX is completely dry before attempting to charge the device. Do not attempt o charge the HALOX in temperatures above 35°C or below 5°C. Doing so will void your warranty and may cause permanent damage to the internal lithium cells of the device.

HOW TO PROPERLY INSTALL THE HEADBAND:

CLEANING:
Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the surface and allow to dry before storage: Do not use solvents as this may cause un-repairable damage
STORAGE:
Before storing, ensure that the HALOX is completely dry. Store in a cool, dry place and ensure that the battery is topped up to at least 50%. Long term storage of depleted Lithium batteries can cause un-repairable damage to the cells which is not covered under guarantee.
WARNING:
Should the following occur, immediately power off the device and contact Rippton Customer Services:

1. Bulb starts to flicker or emits a strange odour
2. The device suffers water damage after being submerged
3. The charging cable suffers damage and/or the intemal wires become exposed
4. The headlamp shell suffers heavy damage

CAUTION
DO NOT stare at the LED when it is being or have been turned on, no matter what lumens you choose.

Nofice: Rippton reserves the right to amend and/or interpret all the contents provided in this manual.
We offer you a 12-month guarantee from the date of purchase.
The guarantee covers any defects arising from the drive unit and the electrical and electronic parts of the alarm set, faulty material or workmanship.
It does not cover batteries, damage arising from improper use, breakage, or normal wear of the alarm set or associated equipment.
The guarantee is invalidated if repairs or modifications are undertaken by unauthorized persons.
The guarantee period for the rechargeable battery and the rechargeable LI-ION batteries is 6 months from the date of purchase.
