IMPORTANT NOTICE

• For residential use only.
• An umbrella stand is not included. Do not use this umbrella without an umbrella stand.
• Always remove the umbrella from its stand/table when not in use.
• If using the umbrella with a table, make sure the plastic umbrella ring is inserted into the hole in the centre of the table.
• If any parts are missing, broken, damaged, or worn, stop using this product until repairs are made and/or factory replacement parts are installed.
• Do not use an umbrella in inclement weather, such as snow, heavy rain, thunderstorms, or strong wind.
• Do not use this item in a way inconsistent with the manufacturer’s instructions as this could void the product warranty.
• The umbrella must be secured in place at the bottom using weights or being bolted down to the ground. Make sure the ground is level and firm. Do not assemble the umbrella on sandy, muddy or loose soil.
• If the crank gets too hard to turn, check if the rope has come off the pulley. lf you continue to turn the crank, the rope or crank handle could break.

BEFORE FIRST USE

1. Hold the part A umbrella upside down and shake gently to separate the umbrella ribs. If necessary, carefully pull the ribs apart to free them.
2. Slowly turn the crank to open the umbrella. Make sure that the ribs are not stuck together.

CLEANING AND STORAGE

• Wipe clean with mild detergent, warm water, and a soft cloth.
• Do not use abrasive materials or cleaners.
• Store in a dry area shielded from the weather.
• If necessary, cover with a furniture cover or tarp.

PRODUCT ASSEMBLY

1. Remove the plastic film on the solar panel before use. Then insert the battery connector.
2. Rotate the solar panel (clockwise) to the umbrella top.
3. Firmly insert the part A umbrella into the part B pole until it locks in place.
4. Insert the umbrella into an umbrella stand (not included).
5. Slowly turn the crank to open the umbrella canopy. Press the button to adjust the tilt to your desired position.
6. Press to tilt: Avoid tilting in windy conditions. Do not open the umbrella in strong winds.

Important

• Put the solar umbrella in direct sunlight to charge the batteries for 8 hours before the first use.
• Failure to charge may result in premature dimming of the lights. For daily use, don’t forget to turn off the lights after use.
• Make sure the light switch is in the OFF position and in direct sunlight for the solar panel to recharge the battery.

To Replace The Battery

• STEP 1
  Open the lid.

• STEP 2
  Replace the battery. Ni-MH 1.2V 1800mAh rechargeable batteries are recommended. Insert the battery in the correct polarity.

• STEP 3
  Cover the lid.
