Thanks you for purchasing the WMS-1657C master mouse Bluetooth with scroll wheel and aluminum house. This Bluetooth mouse is designed for all Apple MacOS and iOS devices with 2-button and scroll wheel feature. This Quick-Start Guide will help you configure and use your new mouse.

LED Indication

  • LED (Green)
    Power on – LED still on for 2 seconds and turn off (1st time to power on mouse)

  • LED (Green)
    Pairing – Flashes slowly until pairing with Bluetooth host.

  • LED (Green)
    Power on – Flashes 3 times or more until connecting to pre-set Bluetooth host.

  • LED (Red)
    Charging – Solid while charging and will off when battery is fully charged

  • LED (Green)

  • Low Power – Flashes very fast (function only in active mode)

Getting Started

Fully charging the LMP Master Mouse Bluetooth before initial use is highly recommended

  1. Use the USB-C cable to charge the keyboard. When fully charged, the LED will be off.
  2. Turn on the mouse using the power switch (On position)
  3. Pair the wireless mouse to Bluetooth enabled device, using the following instructions on the next page.

To preserve battery, turning the mouse off during the weekend or storage is highly recommended.

Pairing the LMP WMS-1657C Master Mouse Bluetooth

  1. Turn on the keyboard using the power switch (On position)
  2. Select the Bluetooth icon in your System Preference and Bluetooth Assistant.
  3. Ensure that Bluetooth is activated.
  4. Press the pairing button underneath the mouse.
  5. The LMP WMS-1657C will be displayed under the list of found Bluetooth devices. Select device and continue or click the “+” Tab.
  6. In macOS X 10.12 and higher, Windows 7 and higher, the mouse will automatically establish a connection.
  7. The LMP WMS-1657C wireless mouse is now ready for use and is marked as connected.

Caution!
The manufacturer is not responsible for any radio or TV interference cause by unauthorized modifications to this device. Such modifications could void the user authority to operate the device.

FAQ

  1. Q: The LMP WMS-1657C shows erratic behavior such as loss of connection etc.
    A: This may be due to low battery power; please charge the battery. Or please remove pen drive or higher power consumption USB device from USB port if you use Bluetooth dongle nearby or next to USB port.

  2. Q: No longer connected to macOS
    A: OS updates (even small ones) can damage the Bluetooth connection from MacOS to LMP WMS-1657C.
    To fix this as following steps:

  3. Remove LMP WMS-1657C in the device list of the Bluetooth Assistant.

  4. Turn off the Mac and the LMP WMS-1657C.

  5. Turn on the WMS-1657C and press pairing button. Then turn the mouse power off after few seconds. (The operation is back to the factory default setting)

  6. Restart the Mac and shut it down again (the Mac should start up at least once without been connected to the LMP WMS-1657C).

  7. Reconnect the LMP WMS-1657C wireless mouse.
