The R3 Smart Switch is a building electrical terminal power distribution device developed by ETEK ELECTRICAL TECHNOLOGY CO.,

This product is an IoT intelligent circuit breaker that uses electronic technology to control the normal operation of traditional circuit breakers. Usage Instructions

WiFi Setup:

1. Download the Tuya Smart App from the Android application market or the App Store.
2. Click the + button in the upper right corner of the app to add a device.
3. Press the device distribution button until the indicator light flashes.
4. Connect your mobile phone to the WiFi signal (switch to 2.4GHz if needed).
5. Enter the WiFi password and wait for the connection to succeed.

Zigbee Setup:

1. Download and install the Tuya Smart App from the Android application market or App Store.
2. Add the Zigbee gateway on the device adding interface.
3. Select the corresponding Zigbee gateway.
4. Connect your mobile phone to the WiFi signal (switch to 2.4GHz if needed).
5. Enter the WiFi password and wait for the connection to succeed.

Dry Contact Equipment Setup:

• Dry contact 1 signal: Short IN1 and G to close the product.
• Dry contact 2 signal: Short IN2 and G to open the product.

• After entering the Wi-Fi password, click Next and wait for the connection to succeed. Go back to the home page and click ZIGBEE gateway to select add self-device.

• Wait for the device to automatically connect successfully.

FAQ

The device cannot be closed remotely

1. Check whether the remote lock is turned on in the APP.
2. Whether to open manually, first manually close and then operate on the APP, can you close and open?
3. Whether the safety lock is pulled out.

485 Device cannot communicate, sendpening/closing command, no action
Please ensure that the device is in normal operation, and then check whether A and B of the R$485 line are reversed, whether the communication baud rate is set correctly, and whether there is any abnormality in the communication connection.

Operation without feedback

1. Check whether the product terminals have been tightened.
2. Check the APP settings, notification type and whether the message notification is enabled.

After power on, the indicator light does notight up
