Before You Start

Make sure all the parts and hardware you need are included.

Tonneau Cover Parts

A Hard Folding Cover Assembly x1

B Pair of Rail (Driver & Passenger) x1

C Bulk Head Seal x1

Included Hardware

D A-Clamp x2

E Black Flat Bolt x2

F Flat Washer M8 x8

G Socket Head Bolt M8 x6

H Five Planets Nut M8 x2

I Clamp x4

J Suare Nut M8 x2

Installation Instructions

1. If the truck does not have a drop in bedliner, install the cab/bulk seal (weather strip) Front cab. Wipe painted surface with isopropyl alcohol before applying-if the truck has a drop in bedliner, no seal will be needed.
   TIP: Don’t cut the foam tape until you lay the foam across Front cab.
   

2. Close tailgate. Place rail on truck bed all the way forward and toward the center of bed as shown.
   Rail should be completely level.
   
   

3. Make sure the clamp is inserted all the way up into the rail and clamp teeth are aligned to rail slots to ensure a secure grip. Evenly space the remaining clamps on the side rail. Secure using M8 socket head bolts and washers F
   

4. Apply downward pressure to the rail when tightening the clamp to ensure the rail sets flush and seals properly. A second set of hands may help.
   

5. Set the cover in the folded position on the rails toward the front of cab.

6. Insert the large black flat bolt through the panel and the A marked clamp, fasten the nut.
   
   NOTE: Center the tonneau cover between the bed rails before tightening the M8 lock nut. 107

7. Hook on the panel will engage underneath the catches on the rail. Pull the string on the rear panel, let the cover open/close
   

8. When the cover is not being used, fold the cover back and secure it to the first panel using the nylon straps and clips on the both side.

To adjust cover, loosen the knobs and adjust rails until you get good engagement on the catch rails. Re-tighten knobs when complete.
