2015 Plus Toyota Tacoma
STEP 1
Remove the rear bar of the original car, as shown below
STEP 2
Remove trailer plug by squeezing the two metal clips on each side and push
from the backside of the bumper towards the face of the rear bumper.
STEP 3
Unplug the harness and sensor plugs located on the bottom side of the bed near
the tailgate.
STEP 4
Unplug each license plate light. Turn the plug counterclockwise and pull away
from the reflector. 
STEP 5
Press mount on newly bought rear bar.
STEP 6
Install the bar body as shown below

The license plate frame is shown below
