Part List

Assembly Instructions

1. Remove contents from carton, verify that all the parts are present.

2. Unfold the main frames by spreading the sides out until they lock into place.

3. Assemble main frame: slide one main frame over another by pressing push pin, adjusting the position of push pin to set desired width. Tighten the screw after connection.

4. Assemble armrests: slide the handle bar over armrest by pressing push pin, adjusting the position of push pin to set desired length. Tighten the screw after connection. Repeat this step for another armrest.

5. Assemble front leg: slide the leg attachment (part E) over the front leg with wheel (part F/G), then depress the push pin to adjust to the desire height and engage the push pin on the leg.
   Repeat this step for another front leg. All 4 legs must be the same height to maintain balance and stability.

6. Assemble rear leg: slide the leg attachment (part E) over the rear leg with rubber feet (part H), then depress the push pin to adjust to the desire height and engage the push pin on the leg.
   Repeat this step for another rear leg.

7. Lay down the main frame, insert four legs into it, please note that the wheels are all on the outside.

8. After installing the 4 legs, put the product upright. Insert armrest into the main frame. At this point, congratulations on completing all installation steps of the product. Pull up on the blue release lever on two sides for saving space.

Maintenance

1. Always keep the rubber discs clear of oil and dust.
2. Clean the rubber discs with standard household cleaning agents.
3. Never expose the rubber discs to sunlight for long periods otherwise they will quickly lose their elasticity.
4. Check the rubber discs for possible deterioration. If the suction cups show damage, replace immediately.

Additional Precautions

1. Inspect all parts for shipping damage before assembly. If there is shipping damage — DO NOT USE. Contact dealer/carrier for further instructions.

2. Make certain that the height adjusting snap buttons fully protrude through the same respective hole of each leg extension. This will ensure that the leg extensions are securely locked in position and an even height is achieved.

3. Ensure All thumb screws are tightened.

4. Check the rubber tips and wheels on the leg extensions for rips, wear or if they are missing.
   Immediately replace any or all if any of these imperfections exist.

5. All four leg extensions with rubber tips MUST touch the floor simultaneously at all times.

NOTE: To maintain the beauty of the original finish, clean with mild soap and rinse with warm water. Wipe bath seat dry after each use.

The warranty does not extend to non-durable components, such as rubber accessories, casters, and grips, which are subject to normal wear and need periodic replacement.
