The legs are approximately 13 inches by 11 inches and will fit ANY tube. These are probably printed alongside the other information, in my opinion.
Does this have a seat or leg hole that can hold water?****
No, there are drainage holes in the seat and the legs’ bottoms aren’t watertight, allowing water to drain. My mother has had wonderful success with it following back surgery.

Rolls away Both the seat and the padding are excellent.
